Excellent! So nice to have ethnic food choices available and be educated to the flavors of the world within this community. I'm French Canadian and my husband is of Nigerian descent. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and meal. Came home with leftovers!😋

There food is incredibly delicious brought up memories, it is now our families new favorite spot to eat when we want to feel like we are eating on the island. Definitely will be going here. Thank you guys so much for dinner and dessert. Everything was 10/10 if I could give you guys more stars I would.

Absolutely Delicious Puerto Rican Cuisine! The best in Connecticut!
From the moment I walked in, I felt the warmth and hospitality that Puerto Rican culture is known for. The aromas coming from the kitchen were incredible — a mix of savory spices, garlic, and sofrito that instantly made me hungry.
I ordered the mofongo overload and it was perfection — the plantains were crispy on the outside and soft inside, soaking up all the garlicky goodness of the sauce. The garlic shrimp, carnitas, and adobo was flavorful and perfectly seasoned, and the alcapurria de yuka were crispy little pockets of heaven.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. The atmosphere was cozy and lively, with good music that added to the island vibe.
If you’re craving authentic Puerto Rican flavors, this spot is a must-visit. It’s like a little piece of Puerto Rico right here in the city — I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Ordered through DoorDash. The portion was generous. $17 for the meal itself was a little expensive IMO but I got 2 meals out of it so I was satisfied with that. The food was delicious, a little salty but I powered through and nothing went to waste 😊 I wasn’t blown away BUT I would order from there again.

Their food is so good coupled with reasonable prices. Somewhat busy but this place is full of nice atmosphere, cool people and cultural vibes rooted in Puerto Rican / Hispanic heritage I tried them and it was delicious. Worth every penny to eat there. Would recommend! 10/10

When this restaurant first opened up a few months ago, the food was absolutely fantastic. However, the last two times that I visited, the Pernil which is one of my favorites is somewhat dry now. The overall food quality is not the same as when they first opened. No sure why is this? Perhaps maybe the food is sitting in the food warmers for too long which can change the overall quality and taste. My fiance and would drive here 35 minutes from our home for their food. On one occasion, we arrived at 7:20p and noticed the doors where locked with one customer still seated and eating, and one employee sweeping the floor. The store hours on the door was posted as they closed at 8:00p. I knocked on the window to get the employees attention that was sweeping the floor, however she avoided eye contact and just totally ignored me. We sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes and noticed quite a few other customers like ourselves trying to dine out only to be turned away. We will no longer be going here.
