The Cafe is very clean and beautifully decorated. Smelled fantastic with all the fresh baked goods. We got a strawberry fresh milk and a strawberry pineapple jasmine tea. Both made with fresh ingredients and were delicious. We will be back!

I moved to Connecticut from Northern Virginia, and one of my favorite things that I would have was boba. When I moved near Storrs, though, I noticed immediately the lack of bubble tea places, let alone good ones. Thank goodness for Paula & Jane, their bubble tea is the best! Whenever I’m in Willimantic, this place is a must to go to. Every drink I’ve tried, from the milk teas to fruit ones, are flavored well and not overly sweet. The toppings and additions are some of the best l’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a locally owned, beautiful, and delicious bubble tea place to try, you’ve found it here!

5 stars because this is the best bubble tea in a 45 minute radius. It is kind of crazy to me that it’s over $9 for a tea in Willimantic (that’s the most I’ve ever paid in big cities around the world), and they have a $10 credit card minimum so you have to have cash or buy multiple drinks. But the people are super nice and we go here all the time because the boba is really the best around.

Having tried boba tea from NYC and from Boston, I wasn’t sure if it’s possible to get good boba here in CT, let alone in Willimantic. I was so pleasantly surprised at how good my tea was! I had the Volcano Thai Tea and I couldn’t stop drinking it! I work close to this location and will be ordering from here often for sure! Delicious✨
