Ross was extremely helpful and professional. I messed up and made an online order at the wrong location. I am passing through as a truck driver. He was kind enough to explain they cannot access the app, and apologized. He took my order and helped make sure it was correct. He is a definite asset. This BK is very clean and I will be back if I pass through again!

Just ordered door dash order for 1 bacon king combo meal with large fry and large drink, and additional large fry, and a Mozzarella Sticks. Upon delivery the sealed bag was missing one large fry from the order, and instead of Mozzarella Sticks they gave me chicken fries with marinara sauce. Very disappointed in the poor service given. And the wasted $5.29 of my money.

These states up here have the smallest portion of food. Go down south and you can get 1 burger that fills you up. Come up here and you have to eat 3 to get what you would anywhere else. Same burger king but smaller portions and higher prices. Tasted no different than a mcdonalds burger but 3 times the price and same size🤣

Driving up to Burger King, I saw a guy throwing out trash. After returning, he didn’t wash his hands and started placing food into customers’ bags, touching open food like fries and nuggets with the same hands he had coughed into. While packing the food, I saw him cough, and he coughed into a customer’s bag! Take action immediately, or I will take legal action against you!

Chicken sandwich has not been opened yet but I got a maple BBQ whopper and here are the pictures, damn I can't post them they are lucky don't look nothing like it looks like a plain whopper with put more toppings stop being stingy
The manager Dory is amazing! She very professional, attentive, and looks out for the regulars. She is the perfect example of good leadership! Thanks Dory for all you do, cause I see her do alot.

I got 2 of the $5 meals that come with a whopper jr. 4 chicken nuggets and small fries and small drink. I asked for cheese on the burger and they charged me $2 for a piece of cheese!! I repeated several times that I didn't want pickles or onions but still got them anyway. There was also an obscene amount of mayo on the burger. Asked if I could get a milkshake instead of the soda and paid another $2.59 for that I expected the upcharge for the shake but when I got it the cup was only 3/4 full and no whipped cream because they didn't have any. Nothing was hot just lukewarm and the fries were soggy with grease and undercooked. Had to walk all the way back across the huge parking lot because there was no sauce for the nuggets or napkins in the bag and I asked if both were in the bag before I left and was told they were. So two $5 meals wound up being almost $30 and most of it was inedible. We may have to stay at that truckstop again if we're delivering in that area but I won't be spending any of my money at that Burger King again.
