At 6am This place says its open but a paper sign says their closesed till 7am at a 24hr truck stop and 24hrs dunkin

Last night we parked here, found some free parking, and went in to grab some food. We decided on Burger King and the lady was super nice and our food came out pretty quick. I decided to ask if the Dunkin Donuts was open 24 hours and the two guys said yes. In the morning while I was sleeping my boyfriend went in to grab me breakfast and coffee from the Dunkin and as he was rounding the corner he heard the people behind the counter, one girl and one guy as well as one customer with a hot coffee in hand, giggling and say "Just tell them we're out of something so we don't have to do anything" My boyfriend walked up and proceeded to order my coffee, the seasonal Macchiato for Halloween, and she told him in a nasty attitude "Well. We're out of milk." and they all started laughing. My poor boyfriend walked back to the truck feeling annoyed and defeated after trying to do something sweet. If they were actually out of milk, there is no reason to laugh about it and make your customers feel that way. If they weren't out of milk, they should lose their jobs.

I was in yesterday and this AMAZING young man was working. His name is Isiah (hopefully I spelt it right). There was aline and Isiah kept his cool and was very polite and handled himself very well. He was by himself and did amazing

I had an amazing experience at Dunkin’ Donuts thanks to Lala and Stephanie! I visited during the morning shift, and both of them went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. They were friendly, fast, and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in. The coffee was fresh, the donuts were delicious, and their customer service was top-notch. Lala and Stephanie made my visit a bright spot in my day. I’ll definitely be back for more great service! Thank you both!

This place we call our Ruby Rd stop. We stop here no matter what. My parents would always stop here on their travels. My mom still does. Now we do too. All food, drink, and, bathrooms are good here!!
Clean Dunkin’ store. Staffs are friendly and helpful. It is travel center with convenient store, gas stations, Dunkin, and Burger King. They also have a laundry place there, a mini gym, and showering stations. Pretty spacious and clean place. Fast service

Went here too get an iced coffee and I wanted the white hazelnut bark coffee and the guy tells me oh I can’t make that we discontinued it like what? Everywhere has it but there? Mhmm little crazy if that’s the case then u need to take it off the walls for advertising it that’s false!! I hate when places do this!! If u no longer make it then stop showing that you guys do!!! Ughhh

This Dunkin are amazing,I ordered my order early and was getting ready for the next morning before I had to leave.I talk to the young man and explained what happened.That young man had my order ready for me for the time I needed.Everything was delicious and thank you so so very much and being kind and understanding to what happened..I will be returning in the near future

Do not waste your time here. They have a Be Back In 5 Minutes sign that is always up. Im a trucker and been here 2 straight days and only seen the sign down once. Just now young girl on phone outside with line in here waiting... she came inside went into back and said nothing to customers while on her phone whole time... now she is going back outside. Customers are leaving. Im here eating Burger King and ive been here 35 minutes. The Dunkins Donuts be back in 5 mins sign is still up and no one working.
