The woman with the red hair has absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I went through drive thru and ordered 1 coffee. It was made VERY light and sweet so I went in and asked for it to be remade. There were no other customers in sight in front or drive thru. They were not busy. She gave me attitude about remaking it stating it’s right. She repeated 4 or 5 times to her coworker “ it’s going to be the same color” as if picking up a cup and remaking it was so difficult. To act like that in front of the customer is absolutely ridiculous. I told her there was no need for the attitude and to have a great day, I will not be visiting this location again. Your employees need an attitude adjustment. Starting with the woman with the red hair.

Overnight worker Brondon does great at providing quality service and offering alternatives to unavailable items. This Dunkin gets very busy from 2-4AM from nearby warehouse workers going on break/going home but Brondon does awesome at staying calm and working orders efficiently without sacrificing quality.

I'm prediabetic and my husband is diabetic so we have to be careful when we order out at restaurants. This morning my husband and I wanted coffee before heading out in our semi. I was able to order a large iced latte with unsweetened vanilla and oat milk and extra espresso. My husband ordered a large iced coffee with unsweetened coconut and oat milk with extra espresso. When I explained our situation to the two who were working, they immediately suggested the unsweetened vanilla and coconut shots and even took the time to show us the brand of oat milk they use to make sure it was safe for me and my hsuband. What a refreshing experience having people who actually care and take the time to make sure their customers can enjoy their drinks without getting sick.
It's the worst DD I've ever had the experience of entering, where you order a HOT coffee and it comes completely cold. Only one person working and 10 people in line, completely lost, horrible service, I feel sorry for the truck drivers who spend hours driving and when they stop to rest and have a coffee, they end up having this bad experience!

The people at Ruby Dunkin' Donuts are very hard-working people. The time and kindness they put in getting your order correct is shown every time you come there they can get pretty crazy at the truckstop but they all maintain professional attitudes hardwork and dedication if I had my business, but now I am now retired. I would hire all of these people

I really like this TA...it's always clean. The staff are nice and the Dunkin is a added bonus. The Burger King is a decent place and the food was good. I haven't ever had a reserve parking spot here but seems no one really bothers anyone as long as you are respectful of others and mindful of other drivers.

Used mobile app to place order inside store. Staff repeatedly talked negatively about my order in front of me. Made my coffee completely wrong while talking about how ridiculous and nasty the coffee was, not realizing I was right in front of them, also after waiting 15 minutes for my bacon egg and cheese, the bacon was almost 100% fat. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
