I'm prediabetic and my husband is diabetic so we have to be careful when we order out at restaurants. This morning my husband and I wanted coffee before heading out in our semi. I was able to order a large iced latte with unsweetened vanilla and oat milk and extra espresso. My husband ordered a large iced coffee with unsweetened coconut and oat milk with extra espresso. When I explained our situation to the two who were working, they immediately suggested the unsweetened vanilla and coconut shots and even took the time to show us the brand of oat milk they use to make sure it was safe for me and my hsuband. What a refreshing experience having people who actually care and take the time to make sure their customers can enjoy their drinks without getting sick.

It's the worst DD I've ever had the experience of entering, where you order a HOT coffee and it comes completely cold. Only one person working and 10 people in line, completely lost, horrible service, I feel sorry for the truck drivers who spend hours driving and when they stop to rest and have a coffee, they end up having this bad experience!

The people at Ruby Dunkin' Donuts are very hard-working people. The time and kindness they put in getting your order correct is shown every time you come there they can get pretty crazy at the truckstop but they all maintain professional attitudes hardwork and dedication if I had my business, but now I am now retired. I would hire all of these people

I really like this TA...it's always clean. The staff are nice and the Dunkin is a added bonus. The Burger King is a decent place and the food was good. I haven't ever had a reserve parking spot here but seems no one really bothers anyone as long as you are respectful of others and mindful of other drivers.

Used mobile app to place order inside store. Staff repeatedly talked negatively about my order in front of me. Made my coffee completely wrong while talking about how ridiculous and nasty the coffee was, not realizing I was right in front of them, also after waiting 15 minutes for my bacon egg and cheese, the bacon was almost 100% fat. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

At 6am This place says its open but a paper sign says their closesed till 7am at a 24hr truck stop and 24hrs dunkin

Last night we parked here, found some free parking, and went in to grab some food. We decided on Burger King and the lady was super nice and our food came out pretty quick. I decided to ask if the Dunkin Donuts was open 24 hours and the two guys said yes. In the morning while I was sleeping my boyfriend went in to grab me breakfast and coffee from the Dunkin and as he was rounding the corner he heard the people behind the counter, one girl and one guy as well as one customer with a hot coffee in hand, giggling and say "Just tell them we're out of something so we don't have to do anything" My boyfriend walked up and proceeded to order my coffee, the seasonal Macchiato for Halloween, and she told him in a nasty attitude "Well. We're out of milk." and they all started laughing. My poor boyfriend walked back to the truck feeling annoyed and defeated after trying to do something sweet. If they were actually out of milk, there is no reason to laugh about it and make your customers feel that way. If they weren't out of milk, they should lose their jobs.

I was in yesterday and this AMAZING young man was working. His name is Isiah (hopefully I spelt it right). There was aline and Isiah kept his cool and was very polite and handled himself very well. He was by himself and did amazing
I had an amazing experience at Dunkin’ Donuts thanks to Lala and Stephanie! I visited during the morning shift, and both of them went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. They were friendly, fast, and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in. The coffee was fresh, the donuts were delicious, and their customer service was top-notch. Lala and Stephanie made my visit a bright spot in my day. I’ll definitely be back for more great service! Thank you both!
