When I was recently there, Karley and Merin were very professional with excellent customer service, especially Karley who really went above and beyond. In customer service, especially food industry, AND ESPECIALLY coffe, is extremely difficult these days. So to find employees who you can genuinely care about providing excellent service. Leaving a review, is such a simple and quick gesture that is the least I can do which really goes a long way regarding the employees. I hope more people start doing this to the hard working employees that deserve it. I left similar review on my receipt but also wanted to make sure they got the credit they deserve and leave a review on here as well. They are employees DD should value and take care of them if they knew what's good for them and deserve raises!!! 😁👍🏽🙌🏽💯

There was no public restroom here which is illegal under Connecticut Law. Also the coffee was really bad. I will be filing a complaint with the Department of Consumer Protection about the lack of a public restroom.

This Dunkin is in such a convenient location but the coffee and service is terrible. The staff is always very rude and take a very long time. The coffee is also really watery! I would avoid this Dunkin at all costs.

I placed my order at the drive-thru speaker and pulled around to the window. At the window, I could hear the all-girl crew inside. They were just having a good conversation. Kind of uplifting. They were giggling and having at great time at work, which was nice to see and hear, instead of grumpy people I've gone to at other DD restaurants. My coffee came out PERFECTLY, and my hashbrowns were cooked to PERFECTION!! So here's to a bunch of happy, fun-loving girls!!🥂 Thank you for making it a great encounter!
