There was no public restroom here which is illegal under Connecticut Law. Also the coffee was really bad. I will be filing a complaint with the Department of Consumer Protection about the lack of a public restroom.

This Dunkin is in such a convenient location but the coffee and service is terrible. The staff is always very rude and take a very long time. The coffee is also really watery! I would avoid this Dunkin at all costs.

I placed my order at the drive-thru speaker and pulled around to the window. At the window, I could hear the all-girl crew inside. They were just having a good conversation. Kind of uplifting. They were giggling and having at great time at work, which was nice to see and hear, instead of grumpy people I've gone to at other DD restaurants. My coffee came out PERFECTLY, and my hashbrowns were cooked to PERFECTION!! So here's to a bunch of happy, fun-loving girls!!🥂 Thank you for making it a great encounter!

I have religiously gone every Monday for the last two years and order a dozen donuts for the crew that I work with and I have racked up over 5500 points! I was psyched to be able to use them this morning as I have had in the past. So, when I told her that I would be using my points for 12 donuts she told me that I could not and do I want to use the points for my coffee. Wait. What??? I told her that I have done this several times and she asked “at this location?” I replied yes that I had. “Well I’m the shift leader and I’m telling you that You can’t use your points for your donuts!” Wait. What???? I believe that someone should probably teach her how to first delete an order then put in one do it at a time like they have in the past. That’s why I parked and went into the store. To second, ask another associate to see if anyone knows how to do it. I will not be going to this duncs again due to this attitude and refusing to take care of my points. I left her a tip.

Worst dunkin service. Always in line for 15 mins and sit at the window even longer without anyone saying anything. No "be right with you" no "sorry for the wait" I lost my patience and just drove off after sitting at the window. Never come here.. worst manager in this part of ct. Should be closed or manager should be fired
