Wonderful restaurant. Food was delicious, it’s been difficult finding Indian this tasty since we moved from nyc and so happy to have found it. Everyone working there was so kind and helpful. Very much looking forward to going back and trying more.

Absolutely amazing food and service, they made sure we were happy with the food, which was so delicious. Been a lot of Indian restaurants and this by far is the best in Connecticut, even the bartender Ed was great and great cocktails.
We will definitely be goin again, the fish appetizer and samosa sampler was soo good, the butter chicken and lamb curry and soft fluffy garlic and chilli naan, so delicious.
I drove an hour to go and will definitely go again.

I went in for dinner and absolutely loved the food it was one of the best meals I’ve had. We ordered the Athithi Mixed Grill, Butter Chicken, and Chicken Chettinad along with Chilli Garlic Naan and Goat Cheese & Spinach Kulcha, all of which were fantastic. Their cocktails are great too I tried the Gemini cocktail, which was perfectly balanced, slightly sweet, and not too strong. Overall, a solid 5/5 experience!

Food was very mediocre when I went. Sarson ka saag was not good at all and makki ki roti was actually just a corn tortilla. Didn’t feel authentic. We packed leftovers but couldn’t eat it next day. Paneer was very hard and store bought, one side didn’t even have the sauce in it because two pieces were glued together.

Waiter was nice. Owner wasn’t very warm.

The food was amazing and the service was also amazing. But the owner knew one of my family members. I'm not sure of his name but he wore glasses and is a malayali. I was a happy customer but I had to bring this to the attention of the restaurant. He started commenting on her to the point where he overstepped. She came home that night feeling upset because of the utter disrespect that this owner had showed. The waiters were great though and by the taste of the food I can DEFINITELY understand why the chef has gotten a michelin star. I will be rating this place 1 star.

I had to come back and edit this because I'm still upset. Princelal knew my mother and decided to talk to her. He talked about her facial features which was fine. Until he told her about the weight she was gaining. It was embarrassing for her. Again the food was amazing. The ambience was beautiful. Prince if you know someone, just say hi or hello and please don't overstep. Know this for the future

Highly recommended place for Indian food. The kathal biryani was fantastic and so was the paneer tikka. The service was very nice and warm too. Will be back soon

The restaurant was packed at 8:15 on a Monday in the middle of August - which was a good sign. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in choosing a variety of dishes. We tried 2 apps, 2 breads, and 4 mains for 4 people...all delicious. We will definitely share our experience with friends all over Fairfield County - and we will be back.

Love it!!! The food here is absolutely delicious — I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. The crew is especially welcoming and incredibly nice. The way they treated us was truly overwhelming, just like how you would treat your own guests at home. I strongly recommend visiting Athithi and trying their amazing food!
