The food is a bit surprising and excellent. The way the octopus was prepared along with the artichoke salad was special and different from any previous Italian restaurants around the globe, including Italy. The capellini with plump shrimp that I had looked like it would be too soupy but I managed to slurp it all down and would have been happy with more. But honestly, the portions were very fair and the service quick. Tiramisu was fine, but we've had much better. The barolo was light and well matched with the meal. In 2025 I suppose you need to expect to pay $170 all inclusive for two at a top Fairfield county restaurant but still - where did the $100 for two meals go?🤣 In sum, very good indeed for a nice occasion, though we thought from pictures it appeared a tad fancier than it actually was to us in real life but that is minor.
I thought everything was great, one of our favorite restaurants. Our server was good as well but the only problem I have is when the busser clears plates off the table when not everyone is done eating. So annoying, makes one feel rushed. The busser actually took a plate away from our friend who was still chewing his food. And the restaurant only had 2 other tables in the restaurant. Chill out!
I ordered the Bronzino it said in the menu that it was a whole Bronzino no bones. It certainly was not a whole Bronzino. It was two pieces burnt to a crisp not at all what I expected would never go back again.
Our meals were delicious. I had the Chicken Piccata and my husband had the Red Snapper special. The brussels sprouts salad is my absolute favorite. It is a must whenever I'm there. The noise level was on the higher side and made conversation across the table a bit of a challenge. Otherwise, no complaints.
Good food, good service. Only knock is one night they couldn't get the lava cake for my daughter right despite a few tries.

Love Bianca Rosa! The food is wonderful and the service is great. Highly recommend the Brussel sprout salad followed by the Branzino. Discounts on bottles of wine on Sunday's and Thursday's helps to take advantage of their wine list.
Service great as well as the food. Had the beet salad and the branzino. Both excellent! Definitely will go back!
Well worth a visit. The menu is interesting, varied and well priced. The food is nicely presented, well prepared and tastes good. The service was attentive and friendly. What more do you need?
Bianco Rosso in Wilton is one of my favorites. I have had birthday dinner(s) for my parents and in-laws there. My wife and kids enjoy going there often with me for dinner. And, today I had a business lunch there. We both ordered off of the prix fixe menu which is the best value going. I had the brussels sprout salad and my guest had the salmon tartar. For an entre I had the barley and shrimp bowl which was delicious. Overall great experience!!
We celebrated our mother's 90 th birthday here. The service was very accommodating and we had a very nice time. The food is consistently great. Service was great. Thank you.

Nice ambiance and we enjoyed our meal. Favorites were: beet salad, arancini, fried calamari, crispy artichokes, short rib, gnocchi bolognese, and chicken piccata.
The food here is absolutely stellar! Veal Milanese, salmon tartare, penne vodka with shrimp and the branzino with farro is to die for! Service tonight though was not their best.
Our first time here for lunch. All four meals were excellent. Very accommodating with food allergies.
OMG dinner was so delicious! My husband gets the ricotta toast every time and really enjoyed the seafood risotto. He doesn't eat mussels so he gives them to me and they were excellent. Salmon tartare with the homemade chips was terrific. The veal Milanese was so crisp, hot and tender. Hubby helped me with it and there were no leftovers! Service is always outstanding; I regret we didn't get the name of our server. He and the others that attend the tables are so pleasant and helpful. I wish Bianco Rosso was closer (it's about 45 minutes away), but it's definitely worth the drive!
Bad business decision Lunch special $25 and glass of wine with that is $5 My guest ordered the special and had two beers $18 I ordered $24 pasta and wine They charged me $12 for wine because i didn't have the special Bad business especially since i was there for an $85 lunch (no drinks) two days before. Too bad!
