Our meals were delicious. I had the Chicken Piccata and my husband had the Red Snapper special. The brussels sprouts salad is my absolute favorite. It is a must whenever I'm there. The noise level was on the higher side and made conversation across the table a bit of a challenge. Otherwise, no complaints.
Love Bianca Rosa! The food is wonderful and the service is great. Highly recommend the Brussel sprout salad followed by the Branzino. Discounts on bottles of wine on Sunday's and Thursday's helps to take advantage of their wine list.
Service great as well as the food. Had the beet salad and the branzino. Both excellent! Definitely will go back!
Well worth a visit. The menu is interesting, varied and well priced. The food is nicely presented, well prepared and tastes good. The service was attentive and friendly. What more do you need?
Bianco Rosso in Wilton is one of my favorites. I have had birthday dinner(s) for my parents and in-laws there. My wife and kids enjoy going there often with me for dinner. And, today I had a business lunch there. We both ordered off of the prix fixe menu which is the best value going. I had the brussels sprout salad and my guest had the salmon tartar. For an entre I had the barley and shrimp bowl which was delicious. Overall great experience!!
We celebrated our mother's 90 th birthday here. The service was very accommodating and we had a very nice time. The food is consistently great. Service was great. Thank you.
Nice ambiance and we enjoyed our meal. Favorites were: beet salad, arancini, fried calamari, crispy artichokes, short rib, gnocchi bolognese, and chicken piccata.
The food here is absolutely stellar! Veal Milanese, salmon tartare, penne vodka with shrimp and the branzino with farro is to die for! Service tonight though was not their best.
Our first time here for lunch. All four meals were excellent. Very accommodating with food allergies.
OMG dinner was so delicious! My husband gets the ricotta toast every time and really enjoyed the seafood risotto. He doesn't eat mussels so he gives them to me and they were excellent. Salmon tartare with the homemade chips was terrific. The veal Milanese was so crisp, hot and tender. Hubby helped me with it and there were no leftovers! Service is always outstanding; I regret we didn't get the name of our server. He and the others that attend the tables are so pleasant and helpful. I wish Bianco Rosso was closer (it's about 45 minutes away), but it's definitely worth the drive!

Bad business decision Lunch special $25 and glass of wine with that is $5 My guest ordered the special and had two beers $18 I ordered $24 pasta and wine They charged me $12 for wine because i didn't have the special Bad business especially since i was there for an $85 lunch (no drinks) two days before. Too bad!
Great restaurant, food, ambiance and vibe. It's a few of my friends go to place. Very positive things to say all around. Only issue was we felt a little rushed out at the end of our meal and it was before closing time, sweeping around us.
Charming waiter was very attentive. Food was outstanding and served promptly. I could not rate it a 5star because of the loud music. This place has a nice ambiance that would be perfect if the music volume be turned down by half. And the music selections were completely inappropriate. Rather than a shouting pop singer, how about something mellow and romantic - much more fitting for the “ Italiano” feeling of the place. Luckily, we went early and there were very few people. By the time we left, it had filled up and the noise level was so loud that my husband had to put on his Bose ear protectors.
Our first visit and an impulse outing. We went early. It was easy to get a table. The staff were warm (genuinely) and helpful. The food was really well prepared. The atmosphere was up-to-date, informal yet tasteful, and welcoming. A lovely dinner close by and a whim rewarded. We'll be back.
This is our second visit in a week (I didn't make the first reservation so couldn't rate the first visit but will include some of what I ate then in this review). We used to eat at Bianco Rosso, Trumbull weekly, before it closed, it was so terrific. Since the Wilton restaurant is an hour away, we hadn't tried it before. The food is so so delicious, and we were happy to find some of our old favorites on the menu! The branzino with farro, soft shell crab special, and cacio e pepe were terrific, although the latter could have used much more pepper. Service was excellent and the space is very attractive. It seems to attract large groups but when we two walked in the host immediately offered a quieter area without us asking which was greatly appreciated! Loved the face planters at the door btw!
