This is literally the third time I've came here and the point of service system is down and they're unable to take any orders. You guys really need to get your stuff straight it's funny how other companies have a 24/7 operating system when you can't even operate half of the day without yours going down.

Multiple times I have been to this restaurant and was greeted by employees who made returning a really hard choice, Mel is absolutely hands down a star employee. She helps me on every order and even remembers my order each time ! She is amazing !

They put too much rice in the bowl, everything else is good which is why I gave it 3 stars. It’s also really annoying that you cannot call and speak to someone to request less rice. They need much better customer service for delivery orders.

Been this Chipotle a few times now since it opened and it's always a mess. I've ordered ahead maybe 5 times - upon driving over, haven't even started the order 2 or 3/5 times. Today, the system was down and they hadn't started on my order and needed me to stand in line to re-do it. People were waiting in line with no employees visible to help - while 2 employees were eating lunch in the dining room and customer were waiting patiently to be helped. Corn salsa was also nearly frozen in my tray today as well. Portions are also wildly inconsistent. Qdoba is much better down the street in terms of quality, consistency, and value

They somehow managed to mess up all three orders, the incorrect orders were mostly rice and lettuce with less than 1 oz of meat each, when I called the store the manager’s response was “So what do you want me to do about it?”. Found a moth fly in my salad on the romaine lettuce. The staff was like ohh no and asked if i wanted something else. I absolutely said no!!!!!! I was so discussed and asked to get the salad bowl back for a picture and they said no
