My friend ordered 30 minutes prior and arrived when it said pick up was ready, I was able to wait in line, order and finish my meal before his meal was ready. Him and 6 other people waited for atleast 15 minutes and even heard someone say they were there for 30 minutes waiting for pick up.

This place is dirty, the people working there show no effort. I went back in the summer and ordered a steak bowl and got food poisoning bad. I was in and out of the hospital a few time until finally diagnosed me with bacteria infection and prescribing me antibiotics. The food is not fresh. Darien location is def better and was my go to but I ended up going to this location as it was closer and they offer the drive thru pickup, but after this incident I haven’t been back to Chipotle and don’t think I will return.

I had really enjoyed coming here for the last couple weeks until my food allergies were completely ignored on two occasions by the same person- there is cheese constantly in the guacamole, and I am allergic. The first time he shook off the spoon and got new guacamole, but the spoon still had cheese on it which I had to pick out of my food. The second time there was another worker who thought I was asking for cheese, cause I don’t know he doesn’t speak English and I said no I’m allergic please put no cheese on and then he took it off…while the original guy tried to speed me along and said there’s no cheese it’s fine after I asked if there was any remaining (why did they not start the order over? There was barely any line) and then I said the same thing was going on with the guacamole so the guy from before got a new guacamole thing I said you know I really need a new spoon and then I looked at my food in the car after all this and there’s pieces of cheese in it from when the guy had originally put cheese. Yes, I am having gastrointestinal issues today even from that small amount and I won’t be returning here. It’s very sad but the one in Darien never makes these kinds of mistakes and it’s really detrimental to my gut. Sorry.

I’ve been here since they’ve opened & everytime I come there’s a problem .Just now I went & the register is not working (second time this has happen )then the worker tells me I would have to have cash,I tell her I do and she proceeds to just stand there playing with the register while I’m waiting for almost 10 mins so I ask is someone gonna come take my order and the guy says they can’t I say the girl just said they taking cash and she shakes her head no after just telling me they did .this chipotle is horrible and I won’t be back !im so annoyed

Terrible experience. They have a bunch of people working there that really don’t want to be there and are so slow and sloppy. One woman was holding the place together single handedly. Food was gross, mushy and didn’t taste well cooked or fresh. Avoid.

It didn’t take long for this location to go downhill. Staff is incredibly untrained, and understaffed. Incredibly rude as well.
This place is severely understaffed. The ownership of this place should be ashamed and I mean very ashamed. They let one woman handle all the online orders by herself today and that is terrible. There are cameras in there so they see her overworked but they are doing nothing about it. Very shameful place. She is a very nice lady tho and trying her best. I hope upper management/ownership read this review. Shame on you !

I paid for guacamole and this is what I got. My rice bowl didn't have any flavors. Chicken was raw and rice wasn't cooked properly.
Beat chipotle by far! Food is always fresh and employees always greet you with a smile!
