Multiple times I have been to this restaurant and was greeted by employees who made returning a really hard choice, Mel is absolutely hands down a star employee. She helps me on every order and even remembers my order each time ! She is amazing !
They put too much rice in the bowl, everything else is good which is why I gave it 3 stars. It’s also really annoying that you cannot call and speak to someone to request less rice. They need much better customer service for delivery orders.
I usually have not-great chipotle experiences so think this location deserves praise. I know it’s new but it blows Darien out of the water. Plenty of parking, massive dine-in area, extremely clean, food is properly made, staff seems relaxed and happy, and the drive-thru is super clutch. This is definitely a “flagship” CT location.
