Great ice cream and fast friendly service. Portion size also great. I had them pack choc/choc chip and mud pie into small cup. Delicious and plenty to eat. Yum!

I pulled up on a Saturday, during normal hours, and the door was locked. There was a worker inside and despite me knocking on the door, no one opened the door. The neon signs outside were turned on (indicating the place was open). Bad customer service. I will get my ice cream somewhere else.

Super nice people, the employees and the customers ! Great atmosphere!! The ice cream and milk shakes are really good! Just like to see more classic flavors as a suggestion ! ( strawberry cheesecake, dulce de Leche, with raisins,...)

The floors are filthy and sticky. The bathroom door is coming off its hinges to the point that it won't shut. The lock on the bathroom door is broken so it wouldn't lock even if the door would shut. Last but not least, my kids enjoy the taste of the ice cream but I was charged over $13.00 for a small ice cream and cone. (See picture)

Gofer ice cream in Wilton, CT definitely needs renovation or deep cleaning at least. They have a great location near schools, a lot of customers are coming everyday but every time it’s so upsetting to see how dirty this place is :(

Staff there is racist. We are brown couple, went their yesterday, got ice cream and paid them $5 Tip, the staff was so rude that didnt even Thank us. In the next minute a White girl came, got i e cream and gave them $1 Tip and they Thanked her and gave her a VIP treatment. We would rather go to Ridgefield ice cream or Stew Lenords going forward

I ordered a sundae and a root beer float from Uber eats. After I ordered, gopher called me up saying they didn’t have root beer, I told them that it was fine and I just wanted a refund. The guy on the phone was really nice and he asked if I needed anything else. I told him no, but thank you.Later on when I got my order, I noticed there was a ton of stuff in there. I was really confused because I didn’t order anything else besides a sundae. I found a huge container of gummy bears, a gopher certificate (for one ice cream cup or cone), a few scoops of ice cream in a tub, and a note.I looked at the note, and it said:____________________Hi! Sorry we cannot refund so please take this free stuff-Love Gofer_________________The guy who was working the October 9th evening shift at around 7 pm (sorry for being very specific) deserves a huge raise for being able to take on situations regarding customers. He took on this manner in such a kind and conscientious way. Which makes me very happy and now I don’t even care about my refund because of the kindness he showed to make up for a stupid refund. I hope gopher management sees this and knows that they are training their in a very efficient way.Gopher ice cream has an assortment of flavors and many types of choices when it comes to milkshakes, etc. The customer service is also immaculate.
