I didn’t get any explanation or apology. Unacceptable, some of the employees seemed uninterested or unmotivated. Do better

Came in today to order a sandwich. Some woman that was working at the register was screwing up all of the orders and complaining loudly in front of me and the rest of the customers. She had sandwiches that were ready to be handed out, but was too busy complaining about nobody doing their job to even notice the sandwiches. My hot sandwich was cold because it was sitting there so long. Not coming back to this store for sure

Thin thin thin sandwich. Sandwich had very little meat inside, got the ham and turkey, and they put one slice of turkey, paper thin. I told someone and they told me it was due to them having a new slicer. I get that people need training, but no one is making sure sandwiches are made properly. Felt like I ate a $4-5 sandwich NOT a $12 sub. I come here often, this just feels really bad. Will not be coming back to this location. Another location is available in Norwalk, a few minutes away. I would recommend going there instead.

The heavier set woman working on 3/10/24 at 3pm during a rush should not be working at Jersey Mikes let alone any sandwich shop on the face of whatever planet she’s on. I ordered a BLT with banana peppers, cheese, and pickles…….WHAT IS A BLT? Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato…..Now tell me why my sandwich had no Lettuce or Tomato…. I open the sandwich and then go back inside and the woman is gone. She clocked out! So either she’s just that incompetent and in a rush to leave, or simply didn’t care enough about her job to do it the right way before clocking out for the day. Either way, she should be fired. Absolutely gross and STUPID to not put lettuce and tomato on a BLT…..BLT.

This place never answers the phone. Because they don’t allow you make special requests on Door Dasher I have to call them. I literally called for 15mins straight with no answer so I couldn’t put in my request. This is terrible customer service ?

Order was made improperly....tried calling the store...nobody answers the phone... finally got in contact with owner (total see you next Tuesday)... refused to remake sandwiches...total joke...go down the street to the sand wedge instead!
