I honestly really didn’t want to leave this review and I didn’t come to this page on my own I was asked to by google. I love Outback I think it’s great just not the Norwalk location. I ordered prime rib there is 2 versions one seared and one that isn’t. I specifically asked for the one that isn’t seared to me once you sear it, it no longer tastes like prime rib. Anyway I ordered & it arrived seared. I sent it back and it came back again seared once again. Our waiter came to us 3 times upon sitting, to ask our drink and food order and to bring the bill. Otherwise we had to get the food runners attention for everything. It was just disappointing because the food and service at the Yonkers location was excellent. The waiter was very busy at the other location but still went out of our way to keep refilling drinks, asking how our meal was etc. food was EXCELLENT again at the Yonkers location. If you don’t mind driving to NY I’d take the trip because it is well worth it. I wouldn’t return to Norwalk even if it was free.

This is the 2nd time I've gotten take away service from Jennifer and she was outstanding both times. I had forgotten about the service last month, but I won't again. She makes me want to return to Outback more frequently! She seems to really care about her service and doing a good job and it really shows.

We frequent the Outback in Wilton, CT and the food has always been great there as well as the service. Taylor was our waitress the last couple of visits. She is always pleasant and interacts with her customers. It’s nice to see interaction between the customers and the waitress as you don’t get that too much nowadays.

It’s our first time back to Outback since 2019 because our last experience was really awful because of the service. But my husband was missing the blooming onion so we decided to give it another chance. Today our waiter Josh was incredible.! I can never make up my mind about food and he had to come back 4 times but every single time he approached our table to take the order he had a smile on his face and was so patient with us. Through out our meal he was constantly checking on us and making sure the food was as expected. The food was okay but what really made our evening at outback amazing was Josh kind service.

My wife and I went there for our very first Outback experience. It was pleasant and comfortable. The food was good. My steak and chicken were a bit overcooked but the best part I believe was our server. Megan was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about the menu, extremely attentive and polite. All in all, fantastic experience
