I ordered online, and the food was hot, delicious, quick, and the condiments were excellent, even the wet naps and extra bbq sauce! Service, not so hot today. Hostesses busy helping a customer order, but finally acknowledged me. Brought out my order, but walked past me into the takeout room. Came back to the front door, handed my bag to a waiter and told me to follow him. He went back to the takeout room, but didn’t know how to process my bonus card. Then not sure how to process my gift card. Finally figured it out with help from a co-worker.. I think better customer service of guests and more training of newer employees would help.

Garbage food, so salty and service was horrible. We spent $200 for salt last night.
4 of us visited the restaurant last night. (we hadn’t been back for a while) the food was sooo salty, spoke to a waitress, she didn’t say anything but just took it away from us. The service was horrible too. Waitress didn’t know the job. We waited for almost 30 mins for her to take our order after we order our drinks ( it wasn’t a busy time).. Finally she served appetizers but never bought us any plates……at the end, she said the machine had issues to take payment so she asked if she can take our credit to pay, then she brought us a bill only showing how much we have to pay but without a check that showing what we are paying for. Conclusion, spent $200 for garbage salt. What a mess!

I have always loved the atmosphere at Outback, the food is always good my favorite is the Sidney Shrooms (formerly Bushman Shrooms) and obviously the center cut sirloin Steak. I love how it's a pretty laid back place to go and have a meal and not to loud to have a nice conversation.

We were driving home and hot major traffic, so we decided to grab a casual meal. We started with the Bloomin Onion (my guilty pleasure). It was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Ed, our server, was very friendly and attentive. Elizabeth L assisted Ed and took great care of us. The meal was well paced, which is not always the case in a chain restaurant. The rest of our meal had fresh ingredients, seasoned and cooked well. It was clear to see that the kitchen takes great pride in what they serve and prepare. The entire staff worked well as a team and were smiling and helpful. Donald, the manager, was very visible on the floor. He leads by example and fosters a great work atmosphere. If we lived closer, we would definitely come back more often. However they provided such a nice meal that we will visit them again soon. I highly recommend you visit for a good meal and great service.
Food was amazing 🤩 as usual I used the app and picked up the food and it was quick. Food was ready before the actual time and as soon as I pulled up the food was already coming out.
