My absolute go-to for pizza in Wilton. I usually order the Rapini (no cheese , tomato base, broccoli rabe with a kick!); and the classic margherita. Slightly charred crust is the perfect finish. Worth traveling for if you’re in Fairfield County.
Very tasty! Crust is light and crunchy, sauce has good flavor. Bacon was a bit too fatty for my liking, but it wasn’t a big deal, flavors were still there. Margarita cocktail was real good too. Pizzas are a bit on the pricey side but everything is these days. Will definitely be back
Parlor Pizza is a great spot for families who love Neapolitan pizza. The French Onion chip dip is amazing!! Their salads are also delicious. They have so many great options for pizza. My personal favorites are the margarita and the “pepper pot”. We sat at the pizza bar one time and the kids got pizza dough to play with. Parlor Pizza is much better than all of the other competitors.
