Love Pokeworks! Great, fresh and delicious food! If you want good quality fish, this is good spot! I ordered combo lunch: make your own bowl( salad, ahi tuna, spicy salmon, and brown rice), delicious lemonade and chips, but you can also select soup. Very satisfied and recommend that place!

Lobster entree could be improved by more choices of mix-ins with less rice. Claw meat would also be preferable to tail meat.Vegetarian options: More options would be appreciated with less rice or ramen noodles. Spinach noodles were very good, wish that had not been removed from the menu.

The food is OK but they close whenever they want. Happened a few times. Walk in at 8:50 shut down. Come another time earlier like "you want to close whenever, Ok, but tell me what time to come.""before 850""it's 840 now and you're packed up."OK food but Im done trying to give them my money.

CAUTION: 2 awful Poke Works Wilton location occurrences in a row. First they gave the wrong poke bowl and tried to argue that it was not the wrong bowl. Did not even take a bite from the bowl and had to drive all the way back to the store for them to argue with me about it… (Why would you argue with a customer returning a fully fresh non-eaten bowl who is telling you that you gave them someone else’s food on accident?)Second occurrence is even worse…they served bad tasting seaweed salad. Was so bad had to spit it out. Went back to the store, talked to the manager and servers and they argued with me telling me I as the customer am wrong. I have had seaweed salad 100 times and never did it taste that bad. What’s even more disgraceful is the woman even tried to just scrape the seaweed salad out of the bowl rather than giving us a new one! After arguing to get a new one the employees pouted and barley gave us food in the new bowl! The new bowl has barley half of the food of a normal bowl.Absolutely pathetic service! If you buy this overpriced poke bowl buy with caution. I have never left a food review in my life but this occurrence was so bad I had to write one… I will never be going to this poor employed establish ever again!

Absolutely awful experience and disrespect from the manager. I was served rotten seaweed salad, the taste was horrible and the salad was yellowish. I went back to change my bowl and the manager got upset when I didn't accept she would only scrape out the bad food but I wanted a new bowl.She argued, was extremely rude.She finally gave me a new bowl, however with half of the food.Worst customer service I ever encountered in my life.

I won’t recommend people who like to dine in after 7pm, which is a prime time. Good for takeout.I love poke bowl ?, have been here several times but always did take out. Recently I took my friend on a date night, she was trying it for first time.when I visited this place I checked the time and to my notice it was open till 9pm. I went by 7 ish got the food and started dinning. Suddenly in few min a person (employee) started winding up the tables, started to clean the floor. The smell was bad. I was dinning in.Checked with the employee, he said dinning closes at 8pm good to know if I want to dine after 7pm won’t come to this place. It’s was embarrassing ? to take friend to try something in new place.
