The red rooster pub is a restaurant I have been visiting under different names since 1983! For many years, it was called Portofino and they were famous for their pizzas and their chicken Parmesan. Red rooster has been around since 2019. They still make pizza for dining and takeout. And they kept the original chicken Parmesan from Portofino‘s, which is my absolute favorite chicken Parmesan anywhere in Fairfield County. I’ve been there a few times recently, and I love their wide variety of items. I love their tacos. They serve appetizers. Great nachos. They have a full bar with a variety of beers, wine, and spirits. In the nice weather, there is a cute outdoor area with umbrellas right on the tiny “river.” It’s a great place to have a quick lunch or a leisurely dinner and it’s great for special events. I took both my girls there for their high school graduations with a large group and everyone loved it. The only reason I did not give them five stars was because their music is always blasting And it makes it difficult to have conversations or to relax. Of course, when I have asked them to turn the music down they do. But I just wish some restaurants would be more cognizant of their decibel levels. I love red rooster pub and the location has been a restaurant for 40 years. Try it and I guarantee you will like it. You’re always welcome in Wilton, Connecticut!

Great food and service, Server Garwen was awesome. Food , fish and chip and well done sweat potato..wife had special tortelini bolognese however served without ITALIAN BREAD ! Italian dinner all need bread and butter, even if just bread sticks and butter. Bathroom only singles.. in today world make them uni sex.. i waited 5 minutes.. wife was wondering where was I..lady room was open but cant do that.. make them uni sex..big bar a dinner area. , we each had two rounds of drinks , beer and wine

Nice place for a burger or sandwich. The sangria I had was great as well. A little expensive but very tasty. Patio is under repair so you can’t eat outside.
Really enjoyed our 1st time here. Service was great & food was very good. Cozy, warm atmosphere. Looking forward to going back in the warmer weather when we can eat outside. If you sit in the back of the restaurant there is a nice view of a wooded area & small river. Will be goign back!

Vinyl on the booths was redone. Very comfortable Pizza is phenomenal. Thin crust. Excellent sauce. Good amount t of toppings. Very very good. Onion soup terrific and the shishito peppers are always good. Very good place to grab pizza or a quick lunch dinner and drinks.
