Red Rooster Pub offers a wonderful blend of tasty food, excellent service, and a cozy atmosphere. It’s a place I’d recommend for anyone looking for a quality dining experience in Wilton, CT.

Great place to take the family. Food is always good and consistent and the staff is friendly but it can be a little loud.

Maybe they were just coming on shift, but service was a bit slow. Overall, though, I would go again.

Nothing special, food ok ... long wait for the food, assuming not well organized ... desert browny dry ... Not going back.

I had dinner at the Red Rooster Pub this past week. I paid by my credit card and added a nominal tip. When I received the update of the tip added, the server added an additional $50.00 to the check. I called and spoke with the owner who did not want to speak with me. He immediately handed me off to the manager. I had to complain to my bank who fixed the charge. I would not suggest eating here . The staff is rude and they clearly did not care what happened!!

Wilton doesn't have many spots to grab a beer and a burger. This is a pretty good place to do just that. Warm, friendly and a good mix of bar food

Hard to read menu the lights are so dim, burgers cost $20.

We stopped in for an early dinner and found the place had a nice atmosphere and loved the decor. The food was fantastic, I tried the poutine appitizer and one of the burgers. They were both excellent and I will be back again!

Went for dinner and left to get another dinner. Not only did the Chicken Piccata come smothered in onions, but when I sent it back for no onions, all they did was pick off the onions. When eating it, the only flavor the chicken had was as if I was biting into an onion. I would have been fine if I had a drink to wash it down with, but the wait staff was too busy with an attitude to even appear for any refills. It seemed like they were simply annoyed I was unhappy and sent a dish back, but I would have happily ordered something else if it was something that usually gets served with onions. However, I think it is a reasonable expectation to order chicken piccata and not have onions thrown over the entire dish considering onions are not something associated with that dish.I would have loved some more water or iced tea, but since I complained, I guess that was too much to ask for.I guess you should go here if you want to pay for an over priced meal with a side of bad service and wait staff with an attitude.

This pub is a Wilton staple. It's nestled in a quiet little nook in Wilton town center right by Norwalk river. The ambiance is warm, rustic and inviting. It's cozy. There is a bar in the center and tvs scattered around the walls. It's not too noisy yet not too quiet. The service is great. The servers are attentive and the food comes out reasonably quick. My husband and I both ordered burgers and we tore into them so quickly that I didn't get photos. The meat was cooked exactly as ordered, medium rare -flavorful and juicy. Mine had a fried egg over easy, bacon and cheddar on a toasted bun. It was amazing. My husband ordered the "Ripper" burger which was HUGE. He was stuffed and said it was delicious. They came with a choice of sides- fries, sweet potato fries or onion rings. Also delicious. This was not my first visit to Red Rooster Pub and it certainly won't be my last. Give it a try! There's another location in Ridgefield if that's closer for you, but I love the location of the Wilton one by the river.

I'm not sure how this place is in business. Basic bar food- I ordered the impossible burger... honestly Duchess does it better!...OK drinks- terrible music... unenthusiastic wait staff. Depressing ambiance. There are much better places to eat and gather.

Benny, the manager is so attentive to his guests and the staff is fantastic as well! Everyone was beyond kind and checked in often. We sat outside with our pups and they brought water and lots of love. Would highly recommend, are from out of town, and will go out of our way to be back.

Food is good, but their business model is confusing. After yrs of going to a packed portofinos, these guys charge crazy prices and are constantly empty. Lower prices by 15% and run some specials and I’d bet they would probably see a 25% increase in patrons.

Points for decor and menu creation, but execution of food and service is terrible. Have been a variety of times and like others say there is something off. On paper and appearance it should be a winner. I ordered fish and chips and it was literally 2 frozen triangular fish sticks and fries. No beer no batter at $22.50. My child's chicken fingers had 5 pieces for $10. Salads watery. Pastas overcooked. Sorry to say it is airplane food. Points for kids meals. Come here for tvs, friendly hostesses, chicken fingers and cheese pizzas.
