We love Scoops! Been coming here since I was a kid. Swamp flavor is the best!!

It had been a long time since I returned to my hometown and I had been really excited to go to Scoops since it was Wilton's classic staple ice cream shop. I had many memories there and felt the nostalgia when I saw the Scoops sign with the papers explaining what Swamp and Mud are. I was a bit disappointed when I entered the shop at the way I was treated by the owner there. She made me feel that it was inconvenient that I was there wanting to try some flavors while also informing about my allergies. I was surprised and disappointed. It took away from the nostalgic experience I was looking for and would appreciate a friendlier, warmer welcome if I return.

Great ice cream but a bathroom that customers can use would go a long way in making customers feel welcome.

I’ve been coming to scoops since 2009. My orthodontist told me about it. And I get the same flavor of ice cream every time. The Swamp ice cream is really delicious.

We just discovered this place and are so happy we did. There are so few good ice cream places left, but this is one of them. I was impressed with the strawberry ice cream, with real strawberries and very good flavor.

Smallest scoop in all my travels from Maine to Key West. Two anemic scoops- one smaller than a golf ball - and the other hardly larger. $5.00+ Outrageous.

Scoops is a classic ice cream shop with penny candy selection. Delicious creamy Connecticut made ice cream. It’s a Wilton gem!

While the shop is nostalgic for some, I’m never quite sure about where ingredients are sourced. The ice cream will satisfy, but the place is certainly not “next level” compared to other ice cream shops.
