Acai Bowl
Acai is an antioxidant-packed superfruit native to the Amazon rainforest. Here at SoBol, we blend frozen acai berries, strawberries and bananas to make a thick fruit puree. We then parfait the puree between two layers of our homemade granola. (Contains cashews and almonds) The bowl is then topped with blueberries, sliced bananas, strawberries, a sprinkle of coconut and a drizzle of honey. Very good, clean all the precautionary measures in place. Staff is wonderful and polite in pointing out not only menu items but letting customers know where to stand. The fruit is fresh and perfectly ripe. Excellent location to grab a bowl and take the kids for a walk in the park!
