Considering the area this store is in, you would think it would be a better location. I think I might have had a total of 3 coffees made correctly over the course of the past 10 plus years I've lived here. If it wasn't the only one around, they would get no business.

Would not be coming back here, the employees are unsanitary, they dont wash their hand to prepare food/drinks after using the restroom..? Just straight dirty surprisingly. They 100% need new management.

Worst location in the area. Workers socializing with each other not acknowledging guests. Drinks are never done right. Always long lines. Bathrooms are always uncleaned & low in supplies. When I place an order for my drink to use my personal cup, drink made in plastic carafe & left to the side to get cold while I’m standing there holding my personal cup waiting even though I announced I was there with my personal cup. Older more mature employees are needed at this location, not young lazy students too busy socializing. I will never use this location again, I will use Dunkin’ donuts in the area instead & the Starbucks on CT Ave which is the best location by far!

Disappointing Customer Service Experience. I’m a regular customer and usually love visiting your stores, but I recently had a disappointing experience that I wanted to share. One of your employees—a young man with mid-length, dark blonde hair above his shoulders made an unkind comment about me in front of another employee, suggesting I was “too old to sit and code; it should be for 18-year-olds.” I was there working on freelance coding projects to make side income to support my family, so his remark felt especially rude and out of place, particularly in a space where I usually feel welcome.

Very disappointed, unfortunately today it wasn’t a good experience, I paid my order with some credit that I have on the apps and the difference on my credit car and they just added 5 $ tip on my cc, when I asked about it they told me oh Sir you just must press the tip button accidentally, instead of apologizing they tried to blame it on me, when the manager came he offered a credit of $4 for next time because he couldn’t refund it. Personally I don’t think that’s cool this it might be go unnoticed for many people but I work really hard for my money! So just be aware.

I just don't understand why the baristas always fill the cup too full so it drops all over the car when you are driving?I even order a bigger cup (tall in a grande cup) to avoid this and it still happens on the regular.

Went into Starbucks on River Road in wilton center on Tuesday for a travel container for work meeting. Had called the night before, since 6:15 pick up. Even though the order was missed that morning the staff could have not been more helpful in trying to get me a quick order (had 40 minutes to work and 7am start) as I was about to leave and try to see if order could be filled closer to work, the manager Bob met me at my car, offered coffee that they had on hand, made the travel box without charge. That is amazing service and so very much appreciated. Thank you all!!
