This is such a great little place, a family run restaurant that really cares about the customers' experience. The food is always great, salads, soup, pizza, fries, sandwhiches, eggs, pancakes, its all.good food

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!! ONE OF THE WAITRESSES IS REALLY RUDE. THE WAY SHE TALKS IS LIKE YELLING AND NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. I ORDERED SOMETHING I DID NOT LIKE AND WHEN SHE ASKED ME WHY I DIDNT LIKE IT THAT LADY TOOK MY PLATE FROM THE TABLE AND SAID “ DONT EAT IT THEN” WITHOUT ASKING IF SHE COULD TAKE THE PLATE OUT OF MY WAY. IT WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME SHE WAS RUDE TO ME AND MY CO-WORKERS, BUT I TRY NOT TO TAKE ANYTHING PERSONAL BUT THE LAST EXPERIENCE WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. IF SHE IS THE OWNER I FEEL BAD FOR THE WORKERS. I WOULD NEVER COME BACK HERE AND IM GOING TO TELL ALL MY WORKERS AND ANYBODY WHO KNOWS THIS RESTAURANT HOW AWFUL THIS PLACE IS.

Do NOT order online.
I had a discrepancy between the online order and what they prepared which they were trying to up charge me to correct. After a lengthy and heated discussion and me showing them the web site to order from they corrected the order. The cashier was extremely rude and combative that this was my fault and that I should pay extra for the food.
Other than that, the place looks extremely dated, they only accept cash BEWARE, and the food was not accepted but not great.
I honestly will never give them business again.

Good service. Delicious Cheese Burger and Fries @ 3pm Jan 31st. Ordered coffee and waitress made sure to make a fresh pot !It's a good place. Haven't been in a while, but will return for a Breakfast.

We had lunch at Village Luncheonette and Pizza and this is a great diner. We each enjoyed a personal pizza and I have to write that my vegetarian pizza was the best I ever had! It was packed with eggplant, peppers, olives, tomatoes, onions, and mushrooms and the crust was crisp and delicious. The servers, Katina and Evelyn could not have been nicer or more caring. When in Wilton, CT, plan to stop in for a tasty meal at the Village Luncheonette and Pizza.

We tried out this spot as we saw many people enjoyed it in comparison to other diners in the area. Unfortunately, the atmosphere we entered was not welcoming at all. I wanted to ask for a menu to simply look over their options, and was immediately presented with a rude response. The smell of the restaurant did not aid in anyway either.The cherry on top was the extremely disrespectful remark as we were leaving, when the staff and owners of the restaurants heckled at us, yelling “Your Loss!”, and laughing at me and my mother. I sincerely wish the best for these patrons. I do not know in what world they think it is okay not only as a restaurant, but simply as human beings they think it is okay to treat people like this. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant.

My go-to place when I want the best Greek salad with grilled chicken to go or eat-in. The staff is always friendly and seem to know all the regulars really well.
