Stingy with the sauces. Order before 4pm no problem get all the sauce you need but ordered a 16 piece nugg off uber eats and got 1 sauce for 16 nuggs even tho the app said I'd get 4 sauces. Who the hell uses 1 sauce for 16 nuggs unacceptable
came for lunch and the food was hot and the service was fast will definitely come back

Worst service ever! Waited 20-25 minutes in the drive-thru even though it wasn’t busy. The staff s
eemed uninterested, and the guy making our food was painfully slow—took forever to make the burgers and fry the mozzarella sticks, then just stood there waiting for coworkers to pack them. No apology, no urgency, just a frustrating experience. Definitely not coming back!

I go to this BK only due to location. My experience last night was horrific. My food was made incorrectly and when I told the worker, he began to talk under his breath and swear at me. Not only did this happen, he then asked his boss to punch him out so he could fight me. My order was redone and as I’m walking to my car the worker came outside to confront me. I called today to speak with a manager and she became rude and disrespectful, over talkative and then disconnected after I asked several times for the owners information. This location is undeniably piss poor.

I frequent thus BK due to location, however I was surprised when I ordered bacon double cheeseburger, it only had one patty. I had to take a double look, no pun intended. But it was definitely missing part of the name of the burger ordered. Going forward please "double' check the order, quality assurance. Thanks!
Drive thru had to wait, pull forward at 830 am not busy. Son got enormous burrito and it had only bacon on it. Never was asked how he wanted it. I had Jr burrito meal wrappers all stuck to the burrito.

Order the chicken Royale. Instead of getting a normal crispy chicken breast. I got what looked to be a tender cut in half with a big chunk of lettuce in between both halves ?

My French friend tried ordering a burger and the person on the phone said we have your number and he’s very upset and he felt mad
I ordered food online, and it was ready right on time when I arrived for pick-up. The drive-through service was smooth, and the cashier was especially friendly and welcoming to my family. It made the experience that much better. Will definitely be back!
