NCAA time, UCONN is about to play for a berth in the Sweet 16 and I asked the bartender to change the channel and he said he can’t do it. I asked him who can do it, he said “they are not here right now”. No smiles, no hello, sloppy service. In addition, website says they are open until 11pm, this guy says he is closing now after I purchase a $15 glass of wine. I ask the bartender if he was having a bad day - he says “no, just a typical day.” Terrible customer service. If you can be nice in a business where you’re serving customers - get out. You shouldn’t take it out on someone just looking for a glass of wine while he waits for a flight to come in.

We could not find it!!! The map must be all wrong. I was too hungry to stop and call the place. We ended up going somewhere else and our waitress did not know of the place. What's up YELP????????

Sitting here trying to eat and I have an employee Jonathan Shivak is constantly complaining about his hours. Complaining so much sat for 10 minutes and had to wait for an employee to assist me. Again still complaining and no service. Unbelievable.
I had just spent a full day traveling with a layover in O'Hare, and I finally got home around 5:30pm. I hadn't had a lot of time to stop and eat anything apart from whatever snacks were served on the plane. My mom had picked me up, & upon hearing that I was hungry, she brought me straight downstairs to Cask & Barrel. Neither one of us had been there, but she thought it looked nice. The server, Alisha, was happy to accommodate my gluten sensitivity by making me a wrappless wrap. Everything was served in a timely manner, and Alisha checked on us to make sure everything was good- and it very much was! All told, we paid about $36 including tip, for 2 turkey wraps & a HUGE basket of chili cheese fries, half of which we had to take to go.Alisha was very nice, and the service & food was fantastic for a great price. Made the trip home even better, and much easier.

This is a nice little place outside the security at Bradley Airport. It doesn't have much seating, and for me it didn't matter because I was taking my sandwich back to my hotel room but the food was great and the woman at the counter was attentive.

I ordered the chicken fingers and they were the biggest portions I ever had. The place is clean and the workers were very lively and talkative. Price is a little high but that is what all airport places do.
