Nice place to get a quick bite while staying at the airport. The rating is specifically because of the servers. The place was busy with eat in and take our orders. The two bartenders/servers were so pleasant and attentive even though they were crazy busy.

Food and service were excellent! Sat at the lounge bar and the food was delicious for an airport hotel. The side salad alone was massive and surprisingly fresh and good. The ambience is friendly and welcoming. Cynthia, behind the bar, will take great care of you. I had the chicken tenders with fries and they were actually hot, fresh, and waaaay better than the ones the restaurant in the airport pushes. No comparison. You can't go wrong here.

This restaurant is ALWAYS understaffed. Just waited 20 mins for someone to come take my order. Finally gave up and left. Same thing every time I have the misfortune of having to stay at this hotel.

The restaurant was under staffed and the food was mediocre at best. One server doing everything from hostess to waitress to bar server who was the only bright spot but she could not keep up. Started out we were the only ones in the restaurant which just seemed odd for 5pm. A soup and a cheese pizza both just seemed like they were microwaved. With a few more people who came in, the server was overwhelmed. Never returned after our food was served so no followup drinks or asking if all was ok. Could not get her attention for the check so after about 30 minutes we went up to the stand to pay. I don’t blame her at all-we could see she was busy once a few folks came in- but none-the-less, the experience was not great.

I was attending a work related training that was held in one of the meetings rooms of the Sheraton Hotel where this restaurant is located. Because we had a limited time for lunch we came here all three days. The first day I had the Bradley burger and it was delicious. I had some request like no bun and no fries. The second day I tried their chicken Caesar salad with no croutons and dressing on the side. The final day I had the burger again and the bartender remembered my order. The service was spectacular! The bartender was chatty but at the same time was quick to greet and get the orders for everyone. I wish I remembered her name because she was great.

Restaurant is located in the Sheraton Hotel at the Airport. Our Server, Dennis was friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. I had a Cosmopolitan and it was very good. My husband had the Chicken Caesar salad and he enjoyed it very much. The Chicken was cooked perfectly and was tender and tasty. I had the Pretzel and it was fantastic. It comes with a mustard dipping sauce and a Beer Cheese dipping sauce. Both were really tasty. I highly recommend.

I had the lobster roll and seafood chowder. The bread was soft and buttery with the lobster roll. The soup base was a bit thin in the chowder. While both items were not stellar, I would recommend this place if you have a limited amount of time. The staff was friendly and efficient.
