Atmosphere is so negative I lost my appetite manager was very rude employeees rolling their eyes acting just completely inconvenienced by customers! Don’t waste your time investing this level of negative energy!

Always very friendly and get my food in an orderly fashion.

Christina and Charles were so nice! They gave me great options as I was torn on my decision of what to eat. They were prompt with their service and their restaurant was kept clean!

Very slow service no rush with crew
Paid for extra cheese and meat
Got meat but no cheese
So it was a dry bun and steak sandwich
Will stop Charlie’s steak next time

Anytime I have a layover in Hartford, I make sure to grab a sandwich from here. I’m addicted to the Thanksgiving Toasted sandwich; It’s delicious each time, I love the consistency. A special shoutout to the Charles, Sabrina, and Danny. Their positive energy today really jumpstarted my afternoon.

Waited 23 minutes for my order. They definitely forgot about it. Food tasted decent. Had to eat on the plane / destination because of wait time.

This is one of the best fast food restaurants that I have ever been to in any airport. I had a grilled steak sandwich with cheese peppers onions etc. It was fabulous. The girl who cooked was great, fresh right on the grill. Three young men had the medium lobster sandwich they raved about them. I will stop there in the future. Manager was great guy.

Service was amazing. Everyone smiling. Order came quickly. Wife and I wanted lobster rolls before we flew out and was a little leary of one at the airport. Worries were groundless. Lobster was fresh, delicious, and on a freshly toasted bun. Could not ask for a better experience. Would highly recommend.

Solid sandwiches for an airport! Ordered 3 large sandwiches and they were out in about 10 min! I had the steak and cheese and man they were delish! I'd stop by here again when i visit this airport!!
