Slow and my order was wrong. Food was barrly decent at best

I wanted a steak and cheese and they were out of steak at 1:10PM, this was upsetting, I settled on a turkey and cheese sandwich and customized it how I wanted, this was nice, but for over $13 it was a very basic sandwich. Overall good experience, they have a self service kiosk which I like because you can customize everything and decide what you want in real time. If you are flying out of BDL there really aren’t many options for food, so it’s good this is at least decent!

My wife and I ordered Chicken Caesar Salad which featured hit grilled chicken. The salads arrived with frozen chicken nuggets. We’d like a refund.

About 3-4 weeks ago there was no chicken noodle soup. Today was only broth? 🤯🤨 D'Angelo in general is great around CT but at the airport I highly recommend ordering ahead of time.
The salad was very bland looking with absolutely no grilled marks in sight on the chicken. I immediately tossed it since it was not appealing to the eyes.

One of the most affordable meals here, and actually pretty good! I have dietary restrictions that they accommodated easily for the steak bowl. It was ready within a few minutes too.

Disgusting! I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap which was horrific. A very bland salad in a wrap (mostly croutons). Don’t waste the time in line, don’t waste your money.

Waited 20 minutes with no other customers in the area. Presuming it was because I didn't tip. Since when is tipping counter help required to get service?

It took almost 10 minutes to order ( was second in line and the woman in front of me had already been there ordering when I walked up. They took an order from an airport employee behind me. When I asked how long it would take (as I am catching a flight) I received a look from another employee who was standing doing nothing. You expect more efficient expedient service at an airport location.

The word grilled, at least to me, implies grilling as a current/very recent status. Not so here - grilling is apparently a historic concept, in this case meaning that the chicken was once grilled, or perhaps questioned very diligently, but as presented upon the “grilled” chicken Caesar it was fresh from the refrigerator.
I’ll eat elsewhere next time.

Waited thirteen minutes for a wrap. Two people behind me got their food first. I had to remind them to make my food. This is an airport fast food restaurant and there was nothing fast about it. For the price and location, the service needs to be quicker.
