Apparently the night crew didn't cleanup or setup properly for morning shift. Manager was openly & clearly mad. Was taking it out, in front of customers, on the one employee working. Completely unprofessional & the employee didn't deserve the treatment & embarrassment.

Felix at Dunkin’ Donuts was wonderful! He was friendly, professional, and made the experience really pleasant. He greeted customers with a great attitude and made sure everything was done right. The rest of the staff was just as pleasant and welcoming. I would definitely recommend going to this location because of the excellent customer service. They truly make a difference!

Employees would rather talk than serve customers properly. Asked for a large tropical guava refresher with green tea and i waited forever for something that wasn't correct. No green tea at all straight up concentrate. Didn't have 15mins to wait for it to be corrected so I got a refund. Always issues at this location.
