Horrible costumer service , bald guy wasn't tryna solve a technical issue on his end with online order and denied us service , same guy is always slow and takes his sweet time making our drinks and food and always looks unorganized.

Like many Dunkin locations in FL, they are very stingy with the frosting on the donuts. I also order a bagel with cream cheese and you could hardly see it, never mind taste it. My coffee was made wrong, not once but twice. I won’t go back!
