The Joy of Flower Photography

Like many Dunkin locations in FL, they are very stingy with the frosting on the donuts. I also order a bagel with cream cheese and you could hardly see it, never mind taste it. My coffee was made wrong, not once but twice. I won’t go back!

10/20/2023.The lady who takes orders in drive thru is very rude. She messed up my order and said I did not place any order in this dunkin. Even after showing the phone with correct order number and place she said no order was there and then the other lady help me to get my order.

The Indian lady was so foolish to serve me pork while I ask for chicken . Either hire people who can read and speak English or some smart ones. Horrible horrible customer service . How the hell you can’t define between pork and chicken . It could be she is color blind . I am so mad . I need the owner or DM to take corrective actions. How come you can play with people religious believe by serving them something that is prohibited. And hire some smart employees not some ugly people who can’t read .

This was a very unprofessional experience. I went inside stood at the counter for 15 minutes no one came acknowledge me there's cameras and a mirror so that they can see when someone has pulled up to the counter. The girl taking orders was having a conversation with the person and the car apparently it's a regular customer. So I leave go through the drive-thru I sat at the drive-thru machine to place an order for 10 minutes no response no welcome no one took my order. I drove up to the window waited for about 2 minutes for the car in front of me to pull off because that's the guy that the lady who was taking the orders in the window was talking to. She asked me did I place an order and I explained to her how I've been waiting inside and at the machine to place an order she tells me that she was making sure the guy got all his food and the food was correct. Which no she was not doing that because I heard her having a personal conversation while I was at the front counter she didn't know I was standing there and I heard the conversation very very grateful the guy that work for the Mobil gas station apologize to me because he saw me standing there
