This review is based on the quality control of a specific food item at Dunkin’ Donuts — not the staff or service at this location, which are always great. I recently purchased a chicken wrap from this Dunkin’ and, while I’ve enjoyed them before with no issues, this time I discovered a large piece of plastic in my wrap. Unfortunately, I also had smaller bits in my mouth before realizing it. I keep telling myself I didn’t swallow any of it — but who knows.
I brought the remainder back to the store, and the team was very apologetic and immediately offered to make me another one. I declined, letting them know they might want to check that batch in case it came from a larger production issue. I suspect these wraps (and likely other items) aren’t prepared at this location, so this seems more like a quality control problem from the source rather than anything the local team could have prevented.
I also heard that their may have been some quality inconsistency with the hash browns lately, so if that’s related, hopefully Dunkin’ corporate can look into it. Again, this review is not a reflection of the staff or service — they’re awesome and always friendly — but rather a heads-up about product safety and quality from wherever these items are produced.

Ok so basically it goes like this...5 star! 5 star! 5 star!!!! Last you heard from me I was way out West locked in battle with a forest chimcken! But now I'm in NEW ENGLAND! I had gotten into town by way of plane earlier that morning. I walked on the side of the interstate to get to my hotel in the wee hours of the morn. So, dear reader as you may recall not much has been going my way lately. But I ain't crying about it because Doctor DAVE (does he know the Man I drive with?) is helping me. I'm poor in health...but I am RICH in friendship! And when I got into Dinkyes I was rich in COFFEE!! Connecticut is DOMKEY COUNTY! Very friendly crew and very friendly customers! I got coffee (brown material), sandwich (egg), and hashed browns! Then I walked 2 miles to the library and read about IRELAND! Then, my friend (remember how I said I was rich in em?) picked me up in his car. And we drove to a government office so he could get on the dole. Then we drove to go get us some tailored suits! Why? Because our OTHER FRIEND (see what I mean?) is getting married to the love of his life!!!! I loved coffee at Dunkies. Thank you!

This is not for all shifts but the people that work today 08/13/2025 @ 11:50 Am are just lazy or incompetent I ask for a large hot black tea 4 cream 7 honey on the side and I got a large hot coffee two tea bags 4 creams and 7 honey on the side who every made this was messed up and was to lazy to switch it out this just makes me upset but my night shift people the are all amazing maybe they should do some training with morning shift and I am in a rush to work could not even turn around I am so disappointed

Had donuts and coffee with my family out in the patio. Traffic is a bit loud but I enjoyed it. The food was good too.

Never visiting this Dunkin again. Got yelled at by 2 staff members over being given the wrong coffee!!!! A lady kept repeating how they had to throw the coffee away, that it was a loss for them and to make sure next time I order correctly (while another staff behind her was making rude comments as well). I'm an ADULT and do not need to be lectured over a small coffee misunderstanding.
The service was great and speedy. Donuts were fresh and my hot chocolate was made to perfection. I recommend this location.

It made my blood boil! I am a driver for Uber Eats, and I had no issues with the drive-thru. One lady with white hair kept talking about scanning or something; I didn't completely understand what she said. She ignored me and wouldn't look at the customer name on my Uber Eats app. She refused to listen or cooperate with me. It made me frustrated, and I had to drive away.
