4:12 still not open. Line down the hallway. Worker couldn't possibly care less. State of Connecticut kick them out and get a real vendor. People are trying to get to their flights.

Dunkin, as we all know, is omnipresent at most U.S. airports and other public places. I have used them frequently to buy food and drinks, and generally found the quality of their products and services acceptable. But Dunkin at Bradley Airport was a shocking exception. On a recent trip (October 23), at around 12:30 p.m., I ordered two toasted avocado sandwiches. After I had waited for 10 minutes (there were no customers ahead of me), the staff member fulfilling the orders came to the front and announced that they had no avocados. The other staff member, who took my order, replied "Nobody told me that." I then ordered two roast chicken sandwiches, and the same experience was repeated. I asked what was going on, and this staff member said it was the stocker who was not doing their job. I requested a refund, and this person said only the manager (who was not present) could give me a refund. So I sarcastically suggested, why not just close this place down? To which this person said, "Sure, it is a joke." When I said I planned to write about my experience, they said "Go ahead." I believe Dunkin should investigate how such a situation had occurred and why only an manager who was absent could give a refund, and the staff member who took my order should be counseled on how to interact professionally with customers. In future, I will make sure to avoid going to this Dunkin outlet.

I got to my gate about 40 mins before my flight and had the time and also wanted some coffee… this was the only option at that time. The line was insanely long, but since I had time, I waited in it. It took about 25 mins to get to the cashier. Not sure why they don’t open another cashier and the kiosks were also out of service, which is beyond ridiculous.

The coffee and pumpkin munchkins were good, but not worth the wait. After getting my food and coffee, other places opened, but the line to this place was still very long, seems like it’s always that way in the morning. This is very poor management and customer service to make people wait when they can do more to make service quicker.

Dunkin inside of Bradley International.

Stopped here before going to my gate. The young man was really nice when he noticed I was getting my app and said the manager made a rule that the app could not be used only cash or card.
The manager was actually standing behind him and she started laughing. I asked if he was serious or joking?
He said, no I’m serious. I started to reach for my wallet and noticed the manager was still laughing.
This is very unprofessional, bad for business and not good for us loyal Dunkin Reward members.
I am appalled at the behavior of the employee at this location.
I went to Starbucks and they kindly accepted the app and they were kind and courteous.
I am a frequent and loyal Dunkin customer. It’s ashamed that the manager of this location disrespects the image of the company.

this new company that took over the foods suck. The system barely works. And gives errors.

They dont follow the menu and dont honor advertised meals. What a shame. Airport prices also higher

Dunkin' Donuts in the airport has long wait times but at the same time it is a really nice donut shop and has good donuts like a majority of the Dunkin's do.

Big line with like 10-20 people, one cashier, rude employee who hate their job, would not recommend!

Line had 30 people in it and one cashier stopped what she's doing to see her friend at the side counter and get her drink order and have it made. They can't seem to get orders right. We tried twice. Food was about half right

A young worker at dunkin’ donuts BDL made inappropriate and unprofessional comments towards my girlfriend when she was trying to order. He made her feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

Your typical Dunkin’ with a long line of like 30 people addicted to your coffee ☕️

The store is very small with a very limited menu. However, the staff made this an enjoyable stop. The young gentleman was very friendly, talkative and just a pleasure to interact with. The donuts were fresh and tasty but most of all, the prices were more than reasonable, especially for an airport business stand. The business was very clean, and we had great service with a smile. The store itself does not have any type of eating area so this is a take-out location only.
