Dunkin'

Line had 30 people in it and one cashier stopped what she's doing to see her friend at the side counter and get her drink order and have it made. They can't seem to get orders right. We tried twice. Food was about half right

A young worker at dunkin’ donuts BDL made inappropriate and unprofessional comments towards my girlfriend when she was trying to order. He made her feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

Your typical Dunkin’ with a long line of like 30 people addicted to your coffee ☕️

The store is very small with a very limited menu. However, the staff made this an enjoyable stop. The young gentleman was very friendly, talkative and just a pleasure to interact with. The donuts were fresh and tasty but most of all, the prices were more than reasonable, especially for an airport business stand. The business was very clean, and we had great service with a smile. The store itself does not have any type of eating area so this is a take-out location only.

Bradley is a small, easily navigated airport. parking can sometimes be difficult because lots fill and then your choices are limited. currently I am waiting outside baggage claim 3 and the smoking area (just 15 feet away) smoke is drifting toward those waiting to collect their cars.... why? designated smoking areas, in my opinion, need to be few and far between and enclosed to protect others from second-hand smoke. we've been waiting for over 10 minutes now for a parking shuttle....

This was the worst customer service I have had in a long time! At least 5 people ‘working’ and 2 actually doing something. The rest were listening to their headphones and talking to each other ignoring the customers. The cashier wouldn’t even look me in the eye! And when I got to the gate everyone with a DD cup said the same thing. Too bad there is not a Starbucks on Terminal A

Very rude counter service by a woman who was too busy counting the til to explain what she wanted me to do with my credit card to buy a bottle of water. Treated me as if it was intuitively obvious. Even when I asked, she just got ruder. I asked her what I was to do, she said “it says right on the screen.”Many places to buy water at Bradley. I’ll never choose Dunkin’ for anything ever again!

Decent-ish coffee where/when you need it

I'm done ordering hot food from Dunkin. It consistently tastes like burnt plastic or like bleach or something. The chemical taste makes the already bad food inedible. McDonald's is better at this point, which is pretty sad since you can't really set the bar any lower than that.

Slow slow slow slow slow. Unless it has changed, the place near the gates does not open until 6AM so l-o-n-g line before that with folks with early flights waiting to get a coffee. Other places in BDL sell coffee, so not sure why anyone would wait in line so long for mundane DD coffee.
