As another reviewer said, the food is bad even for airport standards. The portion is big and the worker very friendly, though.

I ordered a Thai bowl with chicken. The rice was OK, but the chicken was pretty bad and the vegetables (mainly broccoli and carrot sticks) were terrible.

I was genuinely surprised how good this was. Had the Napa Valley sandwich. This will be my new airport go to at BDL. Was very fast and fresh!

They literally just handed me rice, beans, and some flavorless tofu in the name of “burrito” for $18. And then said all toppings and sauces are extra charge. How is this place for real!

let me first start by saying this restaurant gave me the upmost phenomenal customer service , that is usually not the case in airport restaurants , not only was I able to adjust the order by replacing the scallions with avocado ,while the restaurant being really busy with a line of customers behind me. The adjustment was reciprocated with a “of course why not “ a smile and upbeat attitude , the food also was great, I recommend the mandarin sesame salad every ingredient hits the right notes on your taste buds and will leave you wanting more. The price point is average for some but not for me $15 and some change I think is fair , but hey it’s an airport what do you expect , for the quality of customer service and quality of the food its worth every penny lol , Kayla susana and Monica were really great !! I will sure be back again

Fresh City? Should be called Fresh and Friendly City!! My salad super fresh and tasty, but my favorite part was my interaction with the employee at the counter. He gave me some great recommendations and genuinely wished me well on my day. I’d highly recommend stopping here for a pre-flight meal and conversation. I got the Mandarin Chicken Salad - delicious!
