Ordered a Reese's cup Friend-Z... It was ice cream with one whole cup as seen in picture. Waited at drive thru window for a bit only to realize that the guy was talking on his cell phone. When he was finally done, not a single word was spoken to us. This place is trash, people. Don't go here.

Your basic Friendlys. Good food and OKservice. Don’t order any ice cream that is not a popular flavor and changed out often. I ordered peppermint stick and the server didn’t know if they had it, and when I got it, it was gummy with freezer burn.

What a joke friendlys in Windsor Locks, CT. has become. You can’t order ice cream inside, drive up only for everything you want. 3 cars in line, 32 minutes to get your order. It’s completely out of hand here. I’ll never get anything at this Friendlys ever again.

Customer service is really bad here. There was this worker named Adriana or Ariana I believe who ignored me for almost half and hour and then when she finally acknowledged me she gave me a lot of attitude. Then when giving me the food she slammed it on the counter. You guys have lost a customer and you have her to thank for it. It’s sad because there are other workers who are very nice it’s just unbearable to deal with her and she’s usually there very often.

I ordered food online ahead of time because I work down the street and have a limited amount of time on break. I have to get my food from their drive thru, which also lets people just drive up and order meals. Large meals that take time to prep. Both cars in front of me did not order ahead of time so I had to wait about 30 minutes to get my food. Would it be that hard to have someone run food out to the car like Ruby tuesday or Applebees? Instead of making the people who planned ahead suffer. Oh and the philly steak melt i got was gross because it literally sat there and was a greasy soaked old looking mess. only ate half.

They mess up orders all the time and don't even apologize, you have to ask them for an apology. Managers and drive through people have very little customer service skills. Dairy cream just down the road serves much better quality homemade icecream. IF you must give them business through drive-through, make sure you get a detailed receipt (they try to not give it) and CHECK YOUR ORDER otherwise they'll miss something completely or short you on scoops.
Prices for a Freindz ridiculous. $5.71 for a 8.oz cup of Oreo cookie Friendz. When they had Flurries you would get 16 to 18 oz for under $5. F#$%ING Ridiculous!!!!!! I will never go back to them again.

Hate to give a bad review to a restaurant that I've loved for years but this is just bad. Ordered on the firndlys app. 4 of 5 of the items I ordered came. Store phone # is just a busy signal. That's $5 ill never get back. Ill go to Dairy cream from now on.

It's Sunday morning. There are 3 tables here including mine. I see my food in the window for 20 minutes. The waitress had not refilled our water or coffee. She is talking to co workers and a table. This is the worst friendlys experience and I will never come to Sunday breakfast again. Honestly if I walk in here and this waitress is working I will turn around and walk out.
