H & M Pizza & Giant Grinder Inc

We had not been here in 5 years, so we decided to go back today after landing at Bradley for a week vaca visit with our daughter. They did not disappoint!

Found out the original owner passed away 2 years ago Aug. 16, 2022. ? so sad. On the bright side, his son took over the business. Great guy! He also did not disappoint ?.

He will carry on his father's tradition in the same manner and expertise as his father. God bless this family and business.

We will always be back whenever we are back for a visit.

p.s. our food was to die for and worth every cent we spent!

Nobody does a great pizza like back in the day when I was a kid except HandM. They are the closest. Finally got a good pizza

Used H & M to cater a family party 40 ish people. The food was a 4 ft grinder ham and Italian meat. Trays of meatballs , ziti, sausage peppers and onions. Food was all fresh and tons of it. Sent home plenty with guests and family

I live in Florida, and H&M is my first stop. This trip I have been there twice.

I wish I could have gotten a grinder everything looked so good and based on the pizza I have no doubt everything is amazing here. We picked up a CBR pizza for my small minions and even though I have a crew of picky eaters everyone, even our baby devoured it. The small was perfect size and just the flavor and taste and crust was just so freaking good. We went after touring the airplane museum nearby and it was perfect. Highly recommend!

I got 3 party sized pizzas and two whole grinders today for a party. Easily fed +30 people, pizza and grinders both superb. Staff were friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I love supporting a great, local family business with a long history in the community. Check them out, you won’t be sorry!

When I first saw the price of a half grinder/whole grinder, I thought, wow that's a lot for a grinder. When I picked up my grinder, then finally got home and saw what I paid that $12.00 for a half was about, I'll tell you it was worth it. The 8 inch grinder with probably at least 8 layers of corned beef for my Reuben was well worth it. I also ordered their onion rings. I'll tell you this place doesn't know the meaning of skimpy. There were probably 20 slices of onion rings, nicely cooked. The only thing I can say negative is that I wasn't a fan of the kind of oil they used on the rings, but I ate them. I will be going back here to order again. Well worth the 10 minute drive. Awesome job H&M

This pizza place is pretty good. We ordered several items, and they were all great. The only minor issue was that the calzone we ordered had way too many mushrooms. We asked for them, but the calzone was overwhelmed by mushrooms. If that's your preference, then this is great for you. Unfortunately, it was a little too much for me. Besides that, great staff, great service, overall great experience. Also, the pizza was great! I enjoyed it very much!

I have been going here since the '80s. In town from SC today, ordered a toasted Italian Combo grinder with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cheese, pickles and oil. By far THE ABSOLUTE BEST sandwich I have had in years, if not best ever. Keep doing what you do, and I'll keep visiting when I'm in the area. Thank you

This grinder shop is the best! My family has been getting our grinders here for decades. I moved away 20 years ago and when I visit Connecticut, I always stop here for a large pepperoni and a large italian grinder, always. Pizza and salad are perfect too. Great service, great place to eat or take out.
