No one here for 10 minutes, but it says open. Weird.

Gentleman working was extremely rude. The line was long and it although it looked like he was working the whole time he kept making mistakes, dropping things, having to clean up messes he made. He clearly noticeably unhappy to be there, muttering curse words under his breath the whole time. I tried to get clarity in a menu item and he turned and pointed at the menu then told me to scan the QR code to see it on my phone. Then proceeded to get my order wrong. After witnessing his attitude and tone with each customer that was there I wasn’t looking to ask anything of him. The sad thing was that every customer I watched was either in a neutral mood or better. Several happy morning travelers came up and tried not to let his attitude get them down.

I fly almost every week and this stall is never open. Sometimes i see someone behind the counter but they’re not actually open. Also why close at 2pm tons of flights after 2pm. And why is no one serving at 7am?

I travel often out of BDL. The female manager is great. This morning I had an early flight. The man who was working made me feel very unwelcome. Rolled his eyes while I was at the counter. He was clearly annoyed that he had to serve a customer. Spoke to me in a rude way. April 7 at 5am.

We waiting for 7 minutes and no one showed up. They were supposed to open at 5 am . For an airport location (specially the airport) they should be always on time.

Waited 20 min before having to ask if they were making my smoothie - they forgot and didn’t jump right on it so I left with nothing to catch my flight. Congrats on the tip for doing nothing.

Worker was rude, smoothie bowls were liquid, fruit looked terrible (had black dust on it?)... highly recommend you stay away.

I stopped by this afternoon to order a smoothie and the employee told me he was not taking orders for 15 minutes. I said okay and left. Walked by a few times and saw him making orders for others. I tried to order again (well past the 15 minute mark) and he said "maybe come back in 5 more minutes" with no explanation. I then asked if I could just buy a pretzel and said no, because their oven was not working. Just sounded like he didn't want to work or help me. I don't get it. I won't try again.

I love Jamba! I’m always hesitant in airports because ATL ruined me with the eye rolls and sloth-like pace. This place is fresh and efficient! You won’t miss your flight waiting on a smoothie! The best thing is they have the cheddar sourdough pretzels!! My go-to is the apple-n-greens! Can’t go wrong!! So yum!!
