They need to update their website. I placed an online order and it said the food would be ready in 15 minutes. When I got there 15 minutes later, the doors were locked. They still have my money,

We just placed an order online for takeout - the website says the restaurant is open. Our card was charged for the order. We drove to the restaurant to pick up our order, and the door is locked and the lights are off. So we are out the money we paid and have no food. I was looking forward to trying this restaurant as well. We will be filling a dispute with our credit card tomorrow.

I ordered online through their website, order stated "order confirmed" then "preparing". I arrived early waiting for the tracker to say "ready for pickup" after waiting for about 45 minutes for the tracker to update. I called to see what the status was on my order but no one picked up. I walked in and it looked like an event was going on but there were no employees around. When I left I noticed the open sign wasn't lit up. The hours on their door stated they were open. If they're going to offer online ordering, maybe only offer it if they're actually open. Needless to say I won't be returning.
A true hidden gem in the center of Windsor locks. All good is cooked to order and super tasty and fresh. Can't wait to visit this mom and pop shop. Super friendly owners and very grateful for each and every customer that orders.
