We have a 8 hour delay today so we grabbed lunch here. I was pleasantly surprised. The Crab Cake was delish and my daughter loved her chicken sandwich. The caesar dressing wasn't the great but overall the best meal I've had at Bradley. Great music. Our server was on point too!

5 stars for customer service! Taylor did a stellar job today. My first time here, got here at 9am and flight isn't leaving now till 6p due to southwest delays. I should have been gone by 1030! Anyways, enough about me! Taylor is typically a server and super nervous about bartending with limited experience but she got called to cover it cause the original person called out. Taylor deserves a raise, she didn't complain or anything it just happened I was the first customer upon opening and I overheard her convo with Marianna. Marianna super supportive (love team work)! What loved most honestly is the team dynamics and helping each other and not complaining once. Taylor held a smiles super friendly even though she was nervous and uncertain how she was going to do this. Sll her drinks were incredible and not one person complained in the 7 hours, yes 7 hours I was here. I didn't have seafood I got here too early to desire that. I did do a burger which was delicious! Downside: Pricey No breakfast menu No coffee The staff is amazing! Food delicious, drinks were great. I would come back for Taylor and her customer service alone!

Spent $40 on the lobster roll. $30 and Diet Coke plus tip. Lobster roll was tough and no flavor at all. Service was okay but did not offer a refill. Staff was nice and did fine, but the place overall was a little unprofessional. Will not go back

I stopped by while waiting to fly out for a quick bite. I was lucky enough to sit in Nicole's area. She was so terrific. She was quick, efficient, happy and just a joy after a long day. My hamburger was cooked perfectly and that isn't easy in an airport restaurant. The fries were hot and ice tea cold. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars are the crab bites were okay. Not great but did in a pinch. Nicole you were awesome!!! Thank you for putting a smile on my face.

Paid $20 for a crab pretzel; size of a bagel, all cheese, no crab. A sad excuse, especially for a Maryland crab restaurant.

When your at BDL late and looking for food come here! Got a side salad and the crab cake sandwich and both were fresh and delicious. Sadly, they were extremely short staffed but they carried on as best they could, very friendly and working as hard as they could to make sure everyone's experience was great. I will be back here.

Server was friendly - she's the only reason for the second star. Everything is cross contaminated (per the express statement of the server) so if you have any allergies you can't eat anything. Food was OK to poor. Chicken sandwich was overcooked and tough. Every ketchup bottle was empty. Burger was good. Fry portions were underwhelming for the cost of the meal.Also, NewsMax was on all the TVs spewing political garbage. I'd avoid and try another eatery in the terminal.

If you find yourself flying out of Hartford, get there early so you can eat and drink at Phillips. The food is good, the drinks are strong and the service is awesome. Stephanie was my server and she’s fantastic. Airports suck as a whole but Phillips made my experience in Hartford enjoyable.
Great food and service. Even if you're in a rush, they will make it happen. Great place and will return.

AWFUL! $35 for small cup of lobster bisque and 6 oz glass of bad wine. Wine glass dirty and soup tasteless. Eat at any other place before C10!

Always a great experience. Bartenders are always cheerful, quick to help and very courteous. I have access to the lounge but I choose to come here because it is a consistently exceptional time. Good selection of beers, and a full bar for cocktails. The crab cake sandwich is impeccable. The food is always the same, every trip, every time. I actually look forward to visiting this bar for the friendly folks who remember your name and the delicious food.

So. I’m wasting time with a gin & tonic and lobster bisque. I have to say, the G&T and lobster bisque were really good.And while the servers and other employees seem to be super attentive, man they have foul language. I’ve heard many S words and the F word. Never mind the little girl sitting behind me.It’s a place of business. There should be some level of professionalism. That’s not it.
