I ordered drive through at approximately 7:55pm. today wednesday march 13th 2024.i ordered a number 1 with large fries large drink and 3 orders of 6 piece wings: one garlic parm, one ghost pepper and the other signature hot.order was correct and food was delicious.however I write this review to give a shout out to the female employee at the drive through.her customer service was outstanding. very courteous, friendly and professional. I hope she gets a promotion. smiling always put people in a good mood. keep it up! ?

I do have to say , that since you walk through the door , you’re greeted, customer service is awesome and the food is on time and fresh , awesome customer service.
This location runs out of everything all the time. The quality of their food also varies greatly. There is a good chance that your chicken will be cold and made of breading with very little meat, to the point where it’s inedible. The staff can also be very short tempered and hard to work with at times. It’s by far the most inconsistent fast food restaurant I know in my area.It’s worth mentioning that on occasion, you can get a decent fresh meal and maybe even some free food if they’ve run out of something you ordered. This doesn’t happen often enough, the bad experiences have far outweighed the good ones for me at this restaurant. These issues have gone on consistently for years on end.

This Popeyes location never has anything, they constantly run out of sides in the middle of the day and run out of drinks, I tried ordering 3 different drinks which they had none of. This is absolutely ridiculous

The order I placed last month delivered to some wrong address. I reported this issue by calling the store and I was told to pick up the order when I get there. Today, I placed an another order and did the pick up. I explained the staff about the issue with my previous order. The LADY staff behaved very rude with me and to the other staff speaking in her own native language (Telugu). She started abusing myself and the other staff. I was never expecting to get a refund or free food. But the way she treated me was like piece of hell. I would consider the money I left as a salary to your employees, but you need to teach your employees to respect the customers. This is a bigger issue and I want this to be addressed immediately.
