Ordered a $22 serloin and it was a small fatty piece of something. Definitely not what I get anywhere else I’ve ever gone. It’s my fail safe meal and this sucked.

Typical Ruby Tuesday. The burger was good as were the tots. Service was very good. The restaurant looks a little tired.

Ribs were fatty and cold ,dry.
Food was completely overpriced for what the portions are. Very outdated.

Although it's now a haul from the furthest tip of New Haven County to our closest Ruby, it is well worth it, especially as App Member. Besides the overall experience being above average, the waitress in our most recent visits has been sparkly and attentive. The salad bar is the plus to every meal.

I ordered a 16 oz T-bone rare. My friend ordered a N.Y. strip medium rare. Waited about a half an hour. Both came finally way over cooked. They put in another order and the second plates came over cooked as well. We waited over an hour and didn't even eat. Very frustrating and will not be coming back.

Not a good experience. Weird thing floating in drink. Small portions, mid food. Pasta was cold, food is far overpriced, only saw two real workers: both overworked so props to them I guess. Overall, Skooters is the better option. GO TO

One of only three left in Connecticut. This was my favorite restaurant in the 90s and 2000s because of the salad bar. Those pumpernickel croutons are this restaurants best kept secret (See picture!) I need everyone to start going here so they don't go out of business too.

Tasty, but extremely underwhelming portion for $22. See my picture, the 4oz salmon is the size of my thumb.

There are not many Ruby's left in the area, but this one has great service. Always great lunch specials and Ruby Rewards.
Vegetarian options: Awesome all you can eat salad bar.
Kid-friendliness: Shout out to my regular waitress Liana.

While the food quality is slightly above average, it's priced too high for what you get. The last time I was here, the size of the burger was ridiculously small. This last visit, I had the single grilled chicken breast which was good, but over-priced at $16.99.
The deals from the email I received this morning evidently were not honored at this location, as the garden bar entree was priced at $12.99, not $7.99 as the mailing stated.
All in all, decent food, poor value and somewhat deceptive marketing. I won't go back.

Best salad bar!! Always fresh and always an attending staff looking after it. Wait staff is amazing and super friendly. They could have a craft beer on tap. One of my favorite spots.
