Ruby Tuesday

Stayed next door for an overnight before catching a flight. Food and service were spot on. Bartender worked the whole room alone and never skipped a beat. Plenty of free parking. Will def stop in again when I am in the area.

This was one the best visits I’ve ever had to any Ruby Tuesday in my life! I was having a bad day and decided to go eat alone at the Lenoir NC location.when waiting for my lobster Mac n cheese the manager Tim approached me just to ask how my day was,and he was just absolutely kind and in that moment I just needed a kind smile and he was just nice and I wanted to point it out here because people just aren’t kind very much these days.also the food was amazing and the service was great as well!thank you Tim for being you.

Ordered for take out, they forgot the potatoes and didn't provide any utensils. The food was tasteless and the there were no condiments, not even a common napkin!!! Tried calling 5 times and no response.

Just left Ruby Tuesdays in Windsor Locks. It felt like they had the air conditioning on and it’s in the low 20s right at the moment you could feel the air blowing right at us mentioned it to the waitress and she goes. I know it’s cold. I have nothing to do with that. When Our food came the burgers were hot, but the french fries were very lukewarm. If you decide to go there bring some handwarmers and a heavy coat. I kept my coat on the whole time and was still freezing people next to us so they were going back to Florida and couldn’t wait to get out of there.

On our way to the airport after Thanksgiving, we met up here with family we hadn’t been able to see earlier. I had the scallops and shrimp and thought they were delicious. What was exceptional, though, was this: in our haste to make our flight, I left my brand new prescription eyeglasses on the table. Not only did this NOT become a big problem/headache for me, but General Manager Peter Koeller personally took them to FedEx, packaged them in multiple layers, and FedExed them to me right away. Peter, you are fantastic!! Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service. They are lucky to have you. My family joins me in wishing you and yours wonderful holidays and a very happy New Year. Thank you again!

My server, Faeisha M was amazing! She was kind, inviting and very helpful with the menu. She was very friendly from the moment I walked in. The food was good and the atmosphere was nice. She is an asset to your company. I would recommend others to come and visit Fay for great customer service.
