Ruby Tuesday

I’m a regular here at Ruby Tuesdays and especially love the salad bar. My favorite bartender/server is Laila. She has years of experience and is right on with her service. I come to this location for Laila on her days she’s works.

Today we visited the Windsor Locks, CT location. When we arrived inside, we were promptly greeted and seated in Laila section. Laila was very helpful and knowledgeable of the menu and the Ruby Tuesday app. Today I had the 6 oz sirloin. It was cooked just the way I like it. The salad bar was amazing too. The atmosphere was very comforting. Laila was perfect in helping us check out with the new style CC system.

My server was fantastic! The manager tried tk help her and had brought out my food, but brought me the wrong one, but my server fixed it like a boss. Overall would recommend

This is the last hanging on straggler. Around here. Pretty sure the only reason it hasn't been scuttled is because its across the street from the airport and surrounded by the hotels. The salad bar when kept up with is good, pricey for salad but good. The menu options are forever changing edible but nothing great. If they would stop playing with the menu and bring back, not only the menu but the quality from yrs ago it would be great.

I have enjoyed the specials- especially the Tuesday burger deal - but as a take out customer, my walk from the parking area (lack of upkeep and trash) thru the unused pick up entrance (used for misc.storage) and the bar with its ripped vinyl stools doesn’t give me confidence to continue my patronage.

It was a bit expensive for a pretty small portion, maybe 25% too expensive for the volume of food provided.

I will not return untill they bring eggs back in the salad bar. They got rid of romaine lettuce too. Just close down the remaining stores and get it over with.

There are only a couple Ruby Tuesdays left in CT.. which is sad.. because I love the salad bar and the food. I come here 1-2x a week.. Laura, Laila(Layla) sorry if I mis-spelled and Amber.. are excellent servers and provide top notch service every time we go! The salad bar is kept fresh and overall I would tell anyone looking for casual dining to go here.. You can go anywhere else.. sure.. but you really are missing out!

Love everything about Ruby Tuesdays! Just wish we still had one closer to home. The staff in Windsor Locks is terrific!

There's a reason they're going out of business. The booths have not been maintained. All of the seats were cracked and peeling. The food was just mediocre and they got our orders wrong

16 bucks for 8 dried out tasteless hot wins? The salad bar was fine but they rarely restock so going back for a 2nd hit is pointless. They were short staffed so you could see the anxiety in the staff’s eyes from being overworked. At the end so I wanted to do was pay and get out but I couldn’t get the server’s attention. I was foolish to have any expectations.
