Asked for a feather-free room and front desk said in order to get feather-free, I have to call in advance before checking in. He said Housekeeping is unavailable after 11pm. Since I'm allergic, they didn't care about my needs or my health.

Wonderful hotel in which I have stayed multiple times. Today I called the Sheraton reservation number to confirm an upcoming reservation. After speaking to a helpful young man and waiting on hold while he checked with the hotel, he instructed me to call the hostel desk for an email confirmation. Upon calling the desk I was chastised by a rude woman for “just calling her”. I had never spoken to her before. When I made her aware of this she only dug in on her mistake and continued to debate. I asked for the manager, which she then claimed to be. I hardly think that such a childish, rude and vitriolic woman would be a Sheraton manager. I sincerely hope that someone teachers her the basics of customer service.

I ordered from the restaurant to have it delivered by the mobile order. Called me to tell me to pick up my order. They said they removed the tip but did not and said they added my discount and did not. I was charged more than what my order was to begin with. Becareful with their restaurant.

I stayed here recently before a VERY early flight. It is amazingly convenient. Room was clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant. It was a nice quiet place the night I was there.

My flight was delayed until the following morning and they couldn't have been more accommodating to provide a room at a reasonable price. Room was clean, spacious. The only slight issue was the shower water was not hot enough in my opinion. Thanks again for the free drink voucher. Recommend if you have last minute flight cancel or early am flight.Walkability: Easy airport access all inside corriders

Rooms was spacious and very clean. Modern decor/newly updated. Location is 2 minutes walk from the airport main entrance. The convenience for late night arrivals/early morning flight departures can't be beat!I was worried the proximity to the airport would be loud, but it was just fine!

Aubrey at the front desk was so gracious! She gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area and places to eat while we were in town! She was also SO accommodating and went the extra mile when we mentioned we were here celebrating our birthdays. Thank you so much Aubrey and Bradley Airport Sheraton!

The AC did not work in my room and the front desk staff have done nothing but act like I am inconveniencing them when asking to be moved to a different room. Mike was the attendant on duty and was very rude and very unhelpful. The only thing I say good about the hotel is the location is very convenient for an early morning flight.

Soooo I missed my flight at Bradley Airport and was completely a mess . Thanks to Michael and Taylor at the front desk at the Sheraton Hotel at the airport are the best and they definitely need to get paid and a raise based on how they treat their customers. The next time I come to Bradley I'll be renting a room from this amazing hotel as long as Michael and Taylor aree the ones who I can work with. You guys are the best!!!!!
