Save your time and just go to Doro next door. I placed an order online, they said they never got it but my card was charged. They refused to give us the sandwiches and said to just ‘take it up with the bank.’ I’ve lived in Windsor Locks for my entire life and there has been a massive decline lately. When we do go, sandwiches are soggy and nothing tastes fresh. So disappointing.

My sub was terrible! I had to eat it with a fork, somehow it must be difficult to cut bread to make it a sandwich so let's just pile it on to make a salad. And when you want your meat heated good luck! Didn't even turn the oven on. I must be to dumb to notice

I love this subways the food is great there always changing the menu and customer service is awesome as well as there employees friendly and always willing to laugh and conversation is great.
Vegetarian options: There is a large amount of choices for everyone, especially the vegetarian .
Parking: It's opened parking lot and not far to walk.

Where to start.... this subway was extremely accommodating to my good friend. His orders are hard to keep up with and they nailed it on the first try! Way to go!!P.S. Never go to the location inside of Wal-Mart the place is disgusting!

Manager was rude .Older lady making the toppings was sloppy and rude.Young lady handling the initial order should be promoted to manager. Only person with a sense of customer service.Manager Toasted my sandwich. Never asked for it toasted. Happy the younger lady made the sandwich. I watched as the manager and the older lady just sloppily throw toppings in with no care in the world.No thanks. I'll go somewhere else.
