I appreciate that they let me use the restroom before I ordered however When I ordered the deal of the day and asked them to remove some ingredients, actually eliminate them from the sandwich, they stated that I have to pay more and they charged me more, a lot more. Whenever I order less from another fast food place I get charged the same or less but not more so this is not right and should be made right by the franchise owner. It would be one thing if I added extra protein or something that would cost more but to subtract cheese sauce and Baja Chipotle sauce from a sandwich on Thursday and charge me for rotisserie chicken plus cookies and drink separately for a total of $11.68 instead of $6.99 is really really bad and does not reflect in my opinion most subway franchises.

I had a coupon for two footlongs, I read all the restrictions and it didn't mention I couldn't get chicken. You can only get fron what the worker told me ham, veggie, or turkey which is not mentioned any where on the coupon. Anyways I took advantage of the meal of the day made them a footlong still spent 28$ from the 14$ I was supposed to spend with the coupon. Service is ok, fountain soda machine had a lot of out of orders. Only four drinks to choose from not even a diet one available. I won't be going back. I'm a subway fanatic but for not taking my coupon and the ridiculous prices I won't return. It's not worth it at all anymore.

They call me Gambit

Sign on the front of the store says “Open Every Day 8:30 AM”, Google hours says open at 8:30 AM, drove out there at 9 AM for food and they told me “Nope, I’m closed”. It was a half hour after the posted open time and they turned me away because they still hadn’t set anything up yet. Maybe update your hours if 8:30 AM isn’t actually the open time.

All staff including the manager are bomb there they keep it clean and great maintaining it that way as for when there is a issue the manager takes care of it ❤️

If I could I would give a negative score! The so called “manager” was a disaster! The worst experience ever! Then they wonder why this place is always empty. I ordered on the app and was specific with the sandwiches as my kids are picky. I have never had an issue at other Subways ordering in the app. I walked in a few minutes earlier and was just waiting. I was the only one in the store and I happened to see this person making a sandwich and asked if that was my order. She snapped and said yes. I proceeded to advise that it was incorrect as I made a note of the things I did not want in the sandwich. She started huffing and puffing saying next time just come into the store and order then if you are so selective. She then started saying since I was hovering over her she was unable to correctly make the sandwich. If that was the case, then when I walked in the sandwich should have been correctly made and it wasn’t. When I said that she blew up! I said wow this is how you treat customers then the review is going to be horrible and I was going to call the manager. She hissed back honey I am the manager. I felt terrible for the young man working alongside her because she kept screaming and slamming things down. I continued to state the sandwiches were incorrect and said this was the last time I was ordering from this store and she said she was banning me! Once the sandwiches were done she slammed down the glass compartments and retreated to the back. When I got home, I checked the 3 rd sandwich which was already done before I arrived at the store and it was completely wrong! She had put things on that weren’t ever requested ! Now if I was hovering and confusing you, how the hell did you mess up a sandwich reading off the paper before I even got there? When I returned she didn’t even bother to show her face.
Let me point out , I get everyone has bad days, however, as a professional in Human Resources, you train employees to walk away when frustrated so that you are not reflecting that in your customers! She was terrible! She seemed like she was on drugs and irritated for no reason. If I were the owner, you should reflect on who you have running your store! This is why the place is always empty! Never again will I even attempt to go to his store! I prefer to drive to another location where I will be treated better and respectfully!

I don't know how to properly rate this. The service is nice and friendly but every time I have ordered online and paid for extra meat I do not get it. I've been a regular subway customer and at one point an employee at a different branch. When I order double cold cuts it's supposed to be two of the sets. I've ordered double cold cuts online from this place several times and not gotten it. The most recent time was double steak, I not only didn't get double steak but probably got just under a normal steak amount. I'm sure if you go in store they will give you want you pay for but he careful when ordering online.

Edit: I am adding an edit here. After my previous review the Owner of the store gave me 2 free subs and when I cashed them in the service was great and the manager took care of me. Well I tried ordering online again a while later and did the same double cold cuts. Once again I only got a single set. With cold cuts its rather obvious as it is pre packaged and a set amount. I called and the manager told me I was wrong and that there was no way the order was messed up. This was after she asked the worker if they had added it, and then proceeded to say she watched it herself (which if true, why would you need to ask the worker who made it). This store is really disappointing. The owners seems to care about the customer, and you get the right order going in the store. The problem is with online orders. They just do not come out right. Double meat doesn't happen, and the veggies come out incorrect. When confronted the manager is very prideful and claims that it cant be true in their store. I would avoid ordering online and just go in.

I had come in a little after 1, and was greeted with a very hard-to-hear mumble from the gentleman with long curly black hair. (Now right off the bat this kid is not wearing a hat or anything- which is very unsanitary IMO. I have worked in the restaraunt business years ago and know if your hair is long like that it needs to be tied back and/or have a hat covering.) So anyway, I assumed he was greeting me or asking what I wanted so I proceeded to tell him. No energy, no emotion, it was a really awkward experience. And I mean this because he didn’t say anything else the entire time other than the price of my meal. I even stated “thank you so much!” and he just awkwardly looked back as if I did something wrong. I understand it is not enjoyable to work a job- but to appear obviously miserable at your workplace is just not doing anything but spreading more negativity. This is obviously a problem with a lot of the newer generation when it comes to working in customer service, where just a few bad apples of customers will allow workers to just assume every other customer is going to act like a “karen”. Its like its programmed in them to think this way, I have no idea.Now as if my experience wasnt already painfully uncomfortable and awkward, after a few bites of my sandwich i ended up pulling out a curly black hair strand. Iwas disgusted and just threw the rest out! I’m not going to push for a refund, but this just tipped me over the edge enough to have to write a review. Management: please retrain your staff, and remind them of the dress code. This is ridiculous.

Please tell me why it's so hard to NOT TOAST a sandwich. Every time I have ordered from here, I select "not toasted" online and also write "DO NOT TOAST" in big letters in the "other comments" box. And 50% of the time, the sandwich comes out toasted. You also have to go to the counter to pick up your pre-orders so there's really no point in pre-ordering. Please teach your employees how to read the online instructions. As much as I'm lazy and hate making my own sandwiches, I started buying stuff to do so just so I don't have to go here anymore.

The staff is always very nice and I love the food, however I had a roast beef & bacon sub from them the other night that gave me food poisoning so badly that all the vomiting caused me to completely blow my voice out and pull something in my back. I was out of work for 2 days. Sorry to paint a picture like that but after violently vomiting every 15-20 minutes all night til sunrise, I really can't give more than one star. My friends urged me to call the board of health but the service is usually so good and the people are so nice I can't bring myself to do worse than give a one-star review.

I got a meatball sub, the last informed me unit would take about 8 minutes to be ready so I waiting and told her to take her time I didn't want to go home to find there cold in the middle, she was great and patient and great attitude, great experience.
