3/1/25 - 11 pm. Ordered and paid through app. Get to the speaker and the young lady says it's too busy and they are shutting down. They ended up serving seven people in front of me, but I guess I was the cutoff. No refund, nothing. Told me to cancel through the app but the app shows the order completed. No answers. Recorded and posted on Instagram. Kept calm because I wouldn't care about my job if I worked there either so there was no need to get out of control, but the disappointing part was that they said they could get fired if they gave the owner's information out. If true, that's just sad.

It's 11:00. P.m.. I've already placed my mobile order online and paid. I get to the speaker and the girl says they're shutting down the store because they have too many orders. You read that entire sentence correctly. I'll be posting a video to social media. The workers were afraid to give me the franchise owner's information so they called a supervisor named Keisha. She refused to give me the information as well. You figure if you are a business owner you would want to know about these types of issues like the fact that business is too good and your staff can't keep up.

Don't come here at night if you are in a rush. I live 3 minutes away and have an hour for lunch (I work nights so I can't speak for day speed) Last week I was in the drive thru for so long I was almost 30 minutes late from my lunch. Yes I got in trouble. So tonight I go by and see not as many cars so I'm like no way this can take that long again. I was in the drive thru for 53 minutes. I have no idea what is going on with this place but it is RIDICULOUS.

This is consistantly the worste taco bell I visit..Often times you will get rude or a lack of custmer service. I waited in the drive through for 18 minutes last night before I decided it just wasnt worth my time or money. I have pretty much stopped visting this location all together.
