Laughably pathetic. Nobody expects a Michelin-chef inspired meal at Taco Bell but a recent dine-in experience was somewhere between underwhelming and absolutely abysmal. Service was non-existent, the clowns working behind the counter had no idea what they were doing. The 10 or so people in the restaurant waiting for their food completely overwhelmed the 5 workers (that I could count), most waiting 10-20 min for their food. They must have hired people off the street who could care less about the customers or give any semblance of service. For me, 10 minutes to get food but of three items ordered (at a kiosk, bc you know, no person in sight), only two were in the bag. Can’t even count to three to make sure order is correct. Third item came 10+ later after I complained. Just terrible, sorry. Won’t be back here ever.

I was unable to grab my food during lunch due to an emergency situation at work. I called and asked to have it put in a fridge or possibly even if I could cancel it.
I was told the staff could simply remake the order fresh when I would be able to pick it up after work. I showed up after my shift and the team was quick to get my order ready... I really appreciate the great service.

If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would. For starters the ACs were leaking onto the booths and floors. It took over 45 minutes to get our “fast” food, which was 2 value meals and bean burritos. In addition they ran out of onions which we paid extra for and when they asked what to substitute it for, they forgot to even put it on. When our food finally emerged 45 minutes after ordering it was wrong, took an extra 5 minutes for someone to come over to fix it, which they didn’t even fully fix. Save yourself and go to Burger King next door where they advertise having onions.
I sat at the drive through kiosk for fifteen minutes worth no word from the speaker. I went inside to place my order and waited another fifteen.

They did get my order wrong I feel they had no sense of how to run this taco bell the drive thru wait was long the food was good I will say that but way to slow for fast food just need to work a lil harder to push these orders out they need a lot of improvement here with service the people are good just need better work ethic if you come here be ready to wait and check your order before you leave cause I've been here twice this week and both times they got my order wrong

This is the most ridiculous Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. First off, this Taco Bell looks completely abandoned and super ghetto. Second, I went back three times to get chicken soft tacos done appropriately. All I asked for was the chicken soft taco with no cheese, and for some reason they could not get this right for some ungodly reason.
