Ordered thru Slice first time I ordered a Pepperoni pizza, second time ordered a Sausage pizza. Both times NO TOPPINGS just plain Cheese! Don't order from this place!

I placed an online order today at 11:55am for my lunch break and the pick up time was 12:15pm. I figured that was a bit fast so I arrived at 12:20pm. When I got there, the cashier was on the phone & didn’t even acknowledge my presence. She proceeded to take the phone order while 4 other customers lined up behind me. One even left, which I should have done as well, however, I already paid. I took note of the time when the cashier finally spoke to me, 12:25pm. She tells me my order is still in the oven. At 12:35pm she gives me the pizza & it is wrong. I requested a special pizza no mushrooms no hamburger & the pizza contained it all. I requested a refund & they gave me a partial refund & then gave the remainder in cash. Never a sorry or acknowledgement of their error/waste of my time. I will not be returning. But word of advice for the cashier, always take care of the customer in front of your face, you can always put a call on a brief hold. Completely ignoring customers in store is way worse than an expected hold at the pizza shop.

The food isn’t terrible, but it’s definitely not good either—just extremely bland and lacking any real flavor. It feels like little to no effort goes into seasoning or quality.

Service may seem fine at first, but things change quickly if there’s a mistake with your order. Instead of handling it professionally, the staff often becomes defensive and rude. They don’t take criticism well, no matter how politely it’s given.

For example, I recently ordered a pizza and they completely forgot the sauce. When it was brought it back and asked for it to be fixed, they actually scolded me because I had taken two bites instead of one, as if that somehow excused their mistake, or made a difference at all. The whole interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile.

Overall, if you’re looking for good food and respectful service, you’ll probably want to go elsewhere.

I ordered take out and it was absolutely terrible. The pizza was inedible and the potato wedges were far undercooked. Will not order again if in the area. On top of that, the delivery driver was a creep.

Only ever been here once, was on break at work and decided to get a buffalo chicken pizza. First and last time I’ll be going here for break. Worst pizza I think iv ever received. I did call and they told me to come back. I live in mass so I haven’t bothered going back. I’m sure they would have made it right but the fact you considered this done is beyond me.
