Menu online and their physical menu (paper one in the store) is outdated prices. My wife mentioned this to them and all they said was “oh yea the owner just has to update the menu’s” so why hasn’t the owner done that? Not to mention every time I get a grinder and order extra mayo there’s barely any mayo on the grinder. Happened so many times I made an effort to go there last time it happened to pick up instead of delivery just so I can check my grinder and say something if there was barely any mayo on it and guess what? Barely any mayo. I had them remake it and guess what? Second time around there still was barely any! lol your cooks should be fired if they’re that mentally slow and can’t follow a simple request of putting an extra condiment on the order. On a positive note, the food is still very good and the place is close by but seriously guys, get with the program. Update your menus and if your cooks can’t follow simple directions then hire new ones

I placed an order for delivery. It was suppose to be delivered at 6:25 I got it at 6:55. I was at a hotel 2 minutes away. My clam strips and French fries were cold!!!! Thank goodness I ordered a wrap so I was able to eat part of my meal! Horrible!!!!

Woman at front counter has zero customer service skills and I ordered a large grinder but she gave me and also charged me for a XL grinder which I’m ok with but she charged me $24.99 instead of the correct price of $18.99 and started to get rude when I was questioning her after my card was already charged. Absolutely no people skills what so ever and they have lost all my business which my company typically uses them multiple times a week.

The food was nice but the pizza has wayy too much cheese. The curly fries were great and so were the jalapeno poppers, the burger was really wet and made the bun soggy. The service is ok, not the best. If there was another pizza place closer to where I live I probably would've ordered from them instead. The deserts are also very expensive and bland, I don't even think they are homemade.

My family and I have been coming to village pizza for a few years now and every time I order, the food is amazing! One of our favorites is the baked potato pizza! It’s always cooked perfectly and never disappoints. I highly recommend, this place is always the best, hands down!!

I am extremely disappointed I ordered a sausage Calzone and the sausage appears to be raw there was juice running out of the calzone. I notified the location and they advised I was wrong and did nothing to rectify the situation. This is the picture of the sausage I have I went through the whole calzone and all the pieces look like this.
Ordered for the first time take out. Although they did miss an item on our order they did make it right and re delivered. The food is amazing and was delivered before delivery time. Will definitely be back A+

Hello, I went to village pizza in windsor locks to take an order. The pizza owner is Turkish and I asked him if he knew any good medicine for a cold. He didn't treat me humanely. He kicked me out with words like "you will make us sick too, stay away from us". He did me no favors. There must be 30 people coming in and out of that workplace every day. How many of these 30 people could have caught a cold, this is a natural situation, it was very sad that the owner of this workplace reacted in this way. No one would lift us up with their hands if we fell and collapsed there, shame on you, I condemn you and your Turkishness. I will never go there to take orders again.

I actually enjoyed the pizza However I didn't call in time to get a whole pizza. I resorted to 2 pepperoni slices for 9+ dollars. I asked if I could have a few more pepperoni on them I was willing to pay. He dismissed me said "No that's the way we sell them!" The girl rang me up and I left but who heard of not being able to pay for extra pepperoni at a pizza shop? Luckily I had some pepperoni home and added to the barren slices. It was good but they lost a good customer. I will never go there again.I am willing to pay for what I want but not there anymore!
