When I picked up my family, at Bradly Airport, at 12:00am, after an eight hour plane ride, and Googled a place that would be open, at that hour, we were so happy to find that Wendy’s (less than a mile from the airport) is open almost 24 hours, with hot FRESH FOOD, that was made right after we ordered, with very accommodating staff. It was such a relief to find them.

I don’t even know where to start. Firstly, I asked for a David double with no tomato, they gave me tomato. Another family member asked for a double cheeseburger with no mayo, and lettuce and tomato, she got a chicken sandwich with bacon. Another family member also got mayo when he asked for none. This was also around 2 PM, so there is no excuse to mess up this bad. I am not even exaggerating when I say that this was the worst order mistake I have ever seen. At least the food was pretty good.

The food here was hot and came out quickly even during the lunch rush, which was great. The dining area was clean and well maintained. However, both bathrooms were locked, and one was marked out of order, which made things inconvenient for customers.

I was the only car in the drive thru but they made me pull up and wait for my food. She said we were waiting on fresh French toast sticks. Ok. When I get the food, the sticks aren't even hot. Weird. And of course I get home and they forgot the syrup. Staying in a hotel so I am out of luck.

Why does this Wendy’s even stay open. Always out of something. Barbecue sauce, pickles, HI C. Ask for extra barbecue three times and only got 2. These employees are rude and the building is not well maintained.

Got a burger and tenders. The tenders were very old looking and the burger was not cooked well enough to eat. I had to throw out the food.

I have low expectations for fast food places. But this has got to be the worst Wendy's ever to exist. They are so slow here, really really slow, and always seem to mess up my order some how. The drive thru is a joke. Some workers look either high or could care less about their job. Avoid this place!

Stopped by for a quick bite since it was near my hotel but I almost threw up smelling the inside of the restaurant. It smelled like sewage or dumpster! It completely ruined my appetite. Already spent my money so I ate the food anyways, chicken nuggets were fine, burger was dry, and the chilli had an excessive amount of beans; no meat at all. Staff was very kind though.
