The fries tasted like PLASTIC. There was a crunch. And not a normal one. I pulled the fry apart and it was like a casing surrounding the inside. They also forgot my sauce. America is trying to kill us with this garbage. Don't go to Wendy's anymore.

my friend ordered a medium chocolate frosty got a small vanilla instead, didn’t attend to us for 5 min until we called them over. I selected Orange Fanta and got bland, warm, non-carbonated sprite, No ice. Plus, there were like no drink options. The cinnamon bread was also soggy and greasy. Absolutely terrible. Do not go here!

I stopped in tonight ( after 10:00 )to grab a salad at the drive thru. The person in front had not pulled up all the way. I was wondering what was happening. I was that person and called the store. The gentleman that answered said they had just had a very large order with a difficult customer and apologized for the wait. When I went up to the window I said I was the " Karen" that called and I apologized to them. Cove the manager came over and said he was sorry again. I sympathized with him about how difficult it can be when you are trying to do your job. Normally I don't do reviews because they are doing their jobs. HOWEVER it's is not their job to get yelled at and belittled for following policy. No one should have to accept that, EVER. Those workers are human, mistakes can be made, but they are not deliberately doing something to piss off customers. I would like to acknowledge Cove, David ,Damani and Marimar(?) for being there tonight. Cove was nothing but a gentleman when I spoke with him at the window. Yes this is long winded but people working customer service to make our lives easier are entitled the same courtesy that they give us. Thank you

Absolutely horrible was waiting for 15 mins for my food. Also when I got home in east hartford from the Windsor locks Wendy’s. My burgers were so burnt it tasted like charcoal. I couldn’t even take another bite out of the burger it was disgusting I spend almost $35 at this place to get camp fire food. Unbelievable. Very rude didn’t say hi nothing I said ThankYou no reply back It was so horrible.

Asked for a double and received a single. Got charged for a double. This dump never gets my order right. They’re also probably the slowest Wendy’s in existence. I’m done with this place.

Frosty machine down. Charged us full charge since ordered through door dash. Also forgot other items in order. This has happened several times when ordering from Wendy's. Avoid ordering online from this Wendy's location.
