The manager Allie was rude and the food is overpriced. That is a small amount of food for $35. I would never come back

I willl NEVERRR go here again .. I placed an online pick up order my boyfriend went and picked it up for me. I ordered a Mac attack with pulled chicken since I do not eat pork products. When he brings me my food I opened it and realized it’s covered in brisket. I called to let them know what happened and get a refund .. someone answered the phone and goes hold on let me get the manager.. I was talking with the manager for a total of 35 minutes .. This guy repeatly asked me what happened to your food .. what’s your order number . Hold on let me look into this . What’s your order number like a broken record . It got to a point where I legit wanted to cry because he kept sounded confused and asking me on repeat what the issue is and the refund is in process and umm hold on the refund may be going through I’m not sure .. what’s your order number again .. finally I begged for him to just please put someone else on the phone .. someone else answered and said hi how can I help u I explain again for the 100x and he goes ok expect a refund soon …

I didn’t have a good experience. I ordered beef brisket with baked beans. The baked beans had a strong molasses taste and beef brisket was cold and it tasted like deli meat.

Been here three times and this will be my last .. so racist !! If you aren’t white don’t go the customer service is horrible and even the local customers are the same

We went on thrusday for my husband birthday, and have to say we loved it!
Everything was so flavorful and delicious...
The only thing we would say is that if the food was hot was much better. Even though the fries they do fry them when you order them.

Would be nice if someone orders a delivery if you would put utensils in the bag. Sitting at work and can't even eat the food I ordered because you didn't send anything to eat it with. 🙄

I've been to all CT and Asheville locations and Bears never disappoints.

These Texans were THRILLED to find sweet tea up in New England, quite great sweet tea actually! The mac & cheese was not southerner-approved, I must say. However, the broccoli salad & potato salad were both nice, and the ribs were definitely Kansas City style if that’s your preference!

The food was amazing we had brisket with cornbread and the price was reasonable.

Tried the pulled pork and brisket sandwiches — good flavor, but honestly too pricey for the size and quality. The Bear Balls were a bit too greasy for my taste, and the drinks had a strong chlorine taste.

I have a gluten allergy. I advised the male taking orders who then announced to his fellow staff members that they had a gluten allergy order. Staff hands immediately went up, gloves changed, cutting boards cleaned and the female supervisor washed her hands, put on a fresh pair of gloves and proceeded to take my order. I was impressed and so pleased. I know this should happen however in my experience it does not always happen. I am grateful that they understood and prioritized my health needs. Thank you!!!
