Wish I could give no stars. Worst service I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant. Was greeted and was told my server would be right with us. 20 minutes later no one even approached my table, another customer comes in and sits himself and a waiter went to serve him within 3 minutes of him sitting down. Was baffled honestly and just left. Will never go back there again.

Was excited when uber got me and my families food to the house but What a waste I always get 20 boneless and split it for two meals the portions have gotten so small 20 bdub wings is equal to maybe ten from peoples and for $30 I’ll just take my money else where also when I ask for ranch that means ranch not blue cheese since I’m allergic

Ordered the family bundle on a Friday night. 20 traditional, 20 boneless, and a large fry. The fries were totally inedible. The wings tasted old. Will not be returning.

They dont like to pay for heating indoors, its december and its freezing in here ❄️. Service is usually good, food is what you'd expect. Bentley is one of the best staff they have.

Big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings! However was very disappointed to see paper towels all over the restroom and I personally had to remove them from the floors and thrashed them. The management is not faulty for people throwing way papers all over the place but it is their responsibility to keep the restrooms clean!

Online order through Uber Eats came missing mac n cheese for my daughter's dinner. Bag was sealed upon arrival so driver did not tamper with order. Got told to kick rocks. I'm surprised the fries made it to the bag.
I patronized the restaurant 4:30/5:00 on a Thursday evening. Business was very light our server made us feel like we were an inconvenience. It took awhile to be acknowledged at the table with a greeting or explanation. After giving our order, it took a time for beverages to be delivered to the table. In the mean time our server was observed playing grab ass with another employee while we waited. We both order the 6 for special. Once the trays of food came to the table, celery and carrot sticks and dressing dip were not included or offered. The trays the food was presented on were too large and made the amount of food look skimpy. My friend had 12 pieces of chicken on her tray where my tray had only 9. Our server really didn't return to the table until much time had gone by. I asked about the celery/carrots and they were furnished to me. The overall experience was unsatisfactory and I probably will not repatronize this Buffalo Wild Wings

Messed up on order: they gave us a double order, when we asked for mango habenero, they doubled the order for Asian zing and parm garlic. They also forgot the celery. The fries are cold, stale, and old.
