Outstanding food and outstanding customer service. I had a small issue on a previous order, and they handled it quickly and professionally, which I truly appreciated. The BBQ spare ribs were perfectly cooked with a beautiful glaze, tender meat, and rich flavor. The sauce had a great balance of sweet and savory, and everything was hot and prepared well. The pork fried rice was fresh, flavorful, and nicely seasoned. Great quality, great taste, and a team that clearly cares about their customers. Definitely one of my go-to spots

2nd time no good. My order was the identical both times visually not in taste you know what makes McDonald's CONSISTENCY doesn't matter where in the country you have it from it always will have the same taste a big mac in Atlanta will taste the same way as it will in Chicago. I spent $40 on inconsistent food the chicken & broccoli & beef & broccoli bland no taste the Rangoons tasted like old oil the soup was the only item that was right.i live in east Hartford I wasn't going to waste my time and gas to attempt to get this fixed and I did give you a good review from the 1st visit I edited it

This is my first time ordering from at Char Koon and the food was so yummy 😋. I went on the recommendation of my hair stylist. The atmosphere was so welcoming and the staff were incredible. I will definitely be ordering from Char Koon in the future.
