This is a very clean Chili's service was phenomenal atmosphere was nice the chef has a little bit of learning to do still. Soup was lukewarm and I asked for mayonnaise on my burger and it was saturated and mayonnaise wasn't too happy about that. And the salsa was very watery. Chili's needs to bring back the standard white rice not rice that has flavoring or tomato sauce in it whatever. They also have to offer a baked potato they don't do that anymore. The mashed potatoes they're okay I wouldn't Rave about their ribs and their prices outside of the special price menu at the back of the entire menu booklet anything inside the menu is grossly overpriced and don't get steak at Chili's it's not worth purchasing

bald headed manager with a scruffy beard had an attitude the entire night for no apparent reason. clearly he was upset over having to do his job instead of closing early 😊 while paying for food, reviewing the service through the kiosk the manager GRABS HER and PUTS HIS HANDS on the customer (a girl, a minor) upon trying to leave an honest review towards his immature DISGUSTING behavior that night. a truly awful and utterly disappointing experience. at that, he remains with a job! do yourself and your kids a favor in keeping them safe and go to quite literally any other location :)

First time in a chili's, food was great ,right up till I fell ill suddenly.no fault on the restaurant I'd just gotten off a long flight,the waiter was great I'd ordered desert but then had to get it to go because I was unwell ,a little gutted I couldn't eat it as It looked great.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!
This visit was one of the best service experiences I had… firstly, our waitress, Diana was friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. She also made sure our glasses were never empty. In addition to that, we had 3 other people stop by randomly throughout our visit (I’m assuming managers) to make sure everything was great and ask if they could get us anything.
Chips and salsa are free for rewards members with every visit and the triple dipper is their best seller for a reason! Food came out quick, was delicious, and good quality. We will be back!
This is the worst Chili’s I have ever been to, the community would be better served if it shut down and the building turned into a crackhouse. As typical for Chili’s, my expectations were low, but they managed to trip over the bar and go lower. Save your time and frustration and just go to McDonald’s.

Did not cook steak like I ordered. The bags of tortilla chips had more crushed pieces than reg chips. Very poor quality. This was an online order and the 3rd time quality of food was poor and not as ordered. Would not recommend anyone eating at this restaurant in Windsor.
