Could have been a better experience if our server was more attentive. We had to stop her for refills twice and we were never given any napkins. This is not good especially in a restaurant. Side note chips and salsa is no longer complimentary. Overall we went there after work and ate a quick dinner meal.
Food was Overall all for the price.
But hey it's not a 5 star restaurant.
But you should always provide 5 star results. I digress.

Came here Novemeber 14, 2025 to pick up a to go order me and my partner had placed. Upon arriving home I ate a fry and immediately spit it out. The oil they are frying food in clearly hasn't been changed or cleaned in months its extremely dirty. Our fries tasted like everything fried they make in the restaurant I know this cause I worked in food service for over 10 years. The mozzarella sticks were garbage we love a good cheese pull and got nothing but chunks of stiff hard cheese gross. To make it worse I ended up vomiting everything I ate ribs, chicken, broccoli etc we ended up just throwing everything away which sucks cause we spent quit a bit of money. The staff is nice but I suggest you go to any other chillis avoid this one at all cost we definitely won't be back.

Food was delicious! Chicken bacon ranch nachos. I forgot what the salad was called but is was good. The dressing is very delicious. And Reese pie! Jordan is a great server! Great personality, friendly and attentive! Thanks Jordan. We don’t live in the area but glad we stopped by. 😊

Subject: Urgent Concern Regarding Recent Order Experience at Windsor Location
Dear Rick,
I hope this message finds you well.
I’m reaching out to share a deeply disappointing experience I had with a recent order from your Windsor, CT location. I placed an order this evening for my children and myself, and while the pickup process was smooth, the situation quickly changed once I got home and opened our meals.
Unfortunately, the entire order was incorrect. Most concerning was that two of the items included bacon—something I have never eaten in my life due to religious reasons. I make it a point to never order bacon, and I was shocked to find it in my food.
In addition, I ordered shrimp pasta, but instead received plain pasta with dry chicken and no sauce. The entire order was not only wrong but completely unappetizing and inedible.
After discovering the issue, I called the restaurant immediately. The first team member I spoke with apologized and placed me on hold, only to return after 10 minutes to say he couldn’t help me because he was new. I called back, and after being placed on hold again, a second employee took my information and transferred me to a third person—again, after a long wait.
By the time the third employee picked up, I had to explain the situation once more. She then claimed I had added bacon to the order, which is completely inaccurate. I also inquired about the missing shrimp in my pasta and received no clear explanation. Throughout the conversation, the tone from staff became increasingly dismissive and rude.
What’s most frustrating is that the reason I ordered out was to save time and energy after a long day of school and activities with my kids. Instead, I ended up with inedible food and had to resort to chips and dip for dinner. Everything else had to be thrown away.
This level of miscommunication and lack of accountability from the staff is unacceptable. I live just down the street from the Windsor location and have been a loyal customer, but after this experience, I no longer feel comfortable returning.
I wanted to bring this to your attention, not just to express my dissatisfaction, but in hopes that appropriate action will be taken to improve staff training and customer service at this location. No customer should be made to feel unheard—especially when dietary preferences are disregarded and the issue is handled so poorly.

I'm not if they're under new management but I've been coming to this location for a while. The food lately seems like it's not fresh. Like they are cooking meals and have them sitting ready to be served and possibly reheating. I'm not sure but I've been disappointed 3x already in the past 2 months. Not sure if I want to bother again.

Horrible experience. Mgr didn’t take accountability to try to right their wrong over a minor error on their part. I left a msg for the DM to call me back and still nothing. Worse experience I have ever had and the Mgr. is a liar….don’t remember her name. Avoid at all costs go to Glastonbury where the service is A+. No need to reach out to corporate either-recording only.

This Chili's felt more like a clubhouse for the employees than a restaurant. Employees were wearing whatever they wanted so it was hard to tell who was working. It was only a couple of tables with customers, but service was delayed and the front entrance was closed with a sign indicating to use the side door. So we went to the side door and were not greeted instead staff looked at us as if we were strangers. Plus employees were just loafing around talking to each other. Get it together Chilis in Windsor.

This is a very clean Chili's service was phenomenal atmosphere was nice the chef has a little bit of learning to do still. Soup was lukewarm and I asked for mayonnaise on my burger and it was saturated and mayonnaise wasn't too happy about that. And the salsa was very watery. Chili's needs to bring back the standard white rice not rice that has flavoring or tomato sauce in it whatever. They also have to offer a baked potato they don't do that anymore. The mashed potatoes they're okay I wouldn't Rave about their ribs and their prices outside of the special price menu at the back of the entire menu booklet anything inside the menu is grossly overpriced and don't get steak at Chili's it's not worth purchasing
