Wanted to order lunch for my daughter and I but I am gluten-free. I asked were there any options for gluten-free meals was told no. Ordered to go food for my daughter but not myself. When I look online I see there are gluten-free options but by that time my daughters food was done. It would be nice if staff was aware of the gluten-free options instead of me having to go somewhere else to eat.

I have placed over 50 orders and was treated like crap today. Placed a 50 dollar order and they forgot my sauce on door dash. The women was nice enough to go back for it and they wanted me to replace an order for a 1 dollar container of sauce online. And I was told it’s for inventory purposes. They women was so rude and makes me not want to go back. And on top of that the cheesecake was spoiled.

Honestly, I have had better experiences at chilis than this one. The food this time was simply not that good, we had to pay for chips and salsa (I’m pretty sure that chips used to just come to the table as soon as you sat down), and paying via the ziosk was impossible. Now, my table was happy with their drinks they ordered and people who ordered other items than what I got were happy with the food, but my experience simply wasn’t as good.

Stop to get some food just did a 15 hour drive. Majority of the staff was cool except one lady who was rude after I tried to get her attention she kept walking. After a reasonable 35 minute wait I finally left and arrived to my destination only to find the mozzarella sticks weren’t cooked, the Burger was wrong and undercooked even though I said well done. Plus they put the wrong ingredients on my sliders even though asked and double down on my order, yet you still got it wrong. What’s the point of having polite service if you can’t get the order right. If you like polite service with the wrong order then this is your restaurant. I will never Eat at this location again. Can’t wait to rant about this in my podcast. I’ll start with how I wasted time energy and money.

You can't order by phone or online to pay at store you're killing the employees that have 30 min break loosing lots of sales they no accept prepaid card like cash app worst than you think

0 stars! Service was terrible, manager named Diana was very rude. I had ordered food and had a missing item. I was told by one manager I could come and get it if I ordered a meal. My partner came in to get it for me and she gave us a very hard time. She basically thought we were lying to get free food and said to my partner “ look at you “ in disgust as he tried to explain to her. My partner did feel as if she was being racist as she also did this in front of a lot of customers. She called the cops on him and we ended up getting our missing order we were promised. We will not be going back to this establishment.
The service here is okay.
But the food is just bad!!!
On my last visit I ordered the ribs combo. The ribs came out unbelievably overcooked. The rib meat could have been used as a toothpick it was so hard. Had them sent back and they came back still overcooked just not as much. Chicken tenders were dry. Street corn was cold.
Better off getting food from the frozen section of your grocery store. And microwaving it yourself at home.

Customer service was terrible they took forever to seat us and the restaurant was not even packed and the manager smelled like a box of cigarettes never again will we visit this location!!!

Be sure to check your bill on the little computer. If you're splitting the bill, it'll ask everyone to pay a tip off the full bill, not just your portion of the bill. I've also had my friend charged for things he didn't order. When he asked for it to be removed, they came back with a bill that was even higher!
