Went here because we were out that way. We had to say our order about 10 times and to two different employees. We ended up saying yes to what they said (caramel mocha instead of just caramel) because we were frustrated with saying it over and over again and it wasn’t that big of a deal. Wouldn’t go there again.

This location is extremely convenient for me....and I regret it every single time I go and try really hard to avoid it because the wait is outrageous no matter what, even if there's nobody in line, they constantly get stuff wrong, it's more expensive than other locations, and they put cones in front of the drive-thru so they don't have to serve you in the middle of the day

I waited 30 minutes in the drive through for a coffee and munchkins. The coffee that I got was water and cream. This is no exaggeration, it was literally only WATER and CREAM.

Walked up to the counter. All 3 employees looked right at me then turned around and started having a conversation amongst themselves while completely ignoring me. Waited a minute then left. Won't be using this one ever again. Only gave a star because they at least showed up to work.

It's the hardest working Dunkin in town. Be nice to this crew. They're swamped so often and still manage to do so much work with a smile or at least a helpful attitude. Every now and again, I get a mistake on an order but honestly if you're picking this spot, you're gambling as they do they're best to keep up with mobile, drive in, and standing orders!

Friendly crew. Serves quick (at least on week days).
I ordered a medium iced caramel latte with almond milk and receive one with whole milk they waited five mins till coming back to the window while talking about what else do they want referring to my car. When asked to remake it they put caramel swirl and almond milk but no espresso. There was no line of cars at all and it appears as if they only cared about their timer. I work at Dunkin myself, maybe ask the car to pull up next time and actually make it right. Retrain your employees if they can’t handle a latte and no other cars.

I have to write this because Emma went above and beyond this morning for me. I know these reviews might not be much but I appreciate the effort especially when a situation occur. It’s always important to handle food like it was you eating it. I appreciate her for that.
