Lady told me it was my fault she didn’t get my order right. Told me I confused everybody in the establishment by ordering a 6 dollar meal deal, a Boston crème donut, and an ultimate bacon jam sandwich. She charged me for 2 6 dollar meal deals, only gave me 1 coffee and 1 order of hash browns and 2 sandwiches. They charged me before telling me they were out of ultimate bacon jam sandwiches. Apparently the lady who did that was the manager. “Just pull up”. No respect for a customer at all. No refund for a wrong order, and was verbally threatened as I left for trying to get my order right. Whoever that is needs to be straight up fired I’m positive I am not the first person who experienced this.

i ordered ahead 20min for my order to be made and walk-in, in case there was a wait since they are normally understaffed but when i arrived my order wasn’t completed at all followed by a question if im me. they then immediately started doing my order. its very inconsiderate since i have work on this morning of thanksgiving

Employee Michelle is rude for no reason. Every time I’ve encountered her, she had attitude. Cursing about the previous customer. Will not go back because of her. I will go 2 exits down to other DD!

I just left the drive through and realized I didn’t receive what I ordered I backed up and told the person this wasn’t what I ordered and she right of the bat insisted that I was lying and that I was wrong. This same incident happened a few weeks ago I ordered one thing and they gave me the wrong item but that time the person working was nice enough to give me what I actually ordered. This women shut the window in my face and told me I had to come back around because there is a line. Very aggravated I ended up just leaving and when I ate my food I find an eyelash in the bottom of my hash brown bag. This store needs to be closed the service is terrible the people working there do not care get rid of this place.

They need to hire better managers for this place,there is always a delay for walk in and takes forever to get your order. Attitude sucks,they are slow even if you drive thru or walk in.

This has to be the worst Dunkin in CT super slow and terrible staff. Be prepared to wait over 30 mins for online orders. Even the drive through is terrible every time I come here they say “we don’t have that.”
