This has to be the worst Dunkin in CT super slow and terrible staff. Be prepared to wait over 30 mins for online orders. Even the drive through is terrible every time I come here they say “we don’t have that.”

Quick stop for a nice coffee. Be aware of the hours, sometimes they are busy than usual that might affect the service. Rest assure 4 star.
Went here because we were out that way. We had to say our order about 10 times and to two different employees. We ended up saying yes to what they said (caramel mocha instead of just caramel) because we were frustrated with saying it over and over again and it wasn’t that big of a deal. Wouldn’t go there again.

This might be the slowest Dunkin in the entire state. 20 minutes in a drive through is absolutely unacceptable, you are making coffee not curing cancer

This location is extremely convenient for me....and I regret it every single time I go and try really hard to avoid it because the wait is outrageous no matter what, even if there's nobody in line, they constantly get stuff wrong, it's more expensive than other locations, and they put cones in front of the drive-thru so they don't have to serve you in the middle of the day

I waited 30 minutes in the drive through for a coffee and munchkins. The coffee that I got was water and cream. This is no exaggeration, it was literally only WATER and CREAM.
