It's the hardest working Dunkin in town. Be nice to this crew. They're swamped so often and still manage to do so much work with a smile or at least a helpful attitude. Every now and again, I get a mistake on an order but honestly if you're picking this spot, you're gambling as they do they're best to keep up with mobile, drive in, and standing orders!
I have to write this because Emma went above and beyond this morning for me. I know these reviews might not be much but I appreciate the effort especially when a situation occur. It’s always important to handle food like it was you eating it. I appreciate her for that.
Normally not too bad but tonight the girl you have working had me sitting in line for 25+ minutes and then told me to wait when i got to the front i waited another 10 minutes and sure enough shes cleaning when she only has 2 customers. Litterally massive waste of time. Keep 2 people till store closes. Just updating my review spoke to the manager about the situation. Other than this one lady the rest of the team at this dunkin is great.
