Not sure what happened over the past couple of months, but overall service has declined at this location. Pulled up to the drive through today, there was no one in front of me and sat there waiting to order for 10 minutes, was told to hold on a minute and then nothing after that. I drove by the window and there were employees inside, not exactly sure what they were doing. Left without any service and didnāt have a chance to order.

The service at Dunkin' Donuts is horrible the server was very rude she actually shouted me and she said inappropriate words and point in finger middle finger at me and at my daughter who was in the car with me I never have been treated that way and I never have the worst service ever.

you know, I never write reviews but this dunkin is my 13th reason. I come here almost everyday cause I live down the street and every single time they mess up my order. it never fails, if itās not my drink it would be my food. if itās not my food then itās my drink. iām literally going to go somewhere else because thereās no way these workers mess up my order every day. and I gave them grace, as I worked here when I was younger but lord god get it together PLEASE. just ruining peoples day.
